Isn't Tira's 22K a near instant tech crouch? Can someone check if it's a Frame 1-2 TC? I know it dosen't last the full length of the move though.

Darn it people. Check the wiki. I've done a lot of the TC and TJ frames already. The others left are complicated but I'll do them sometime I promise.
