Underrated games

After recently playing one of my favorite games and all time favorite jrpg, Lost Odyssey, which is super underrated and unheard of, I'm looking for some games that are kind of under the radar, I've tried almost every big name title and am looking for something new. Names, go.

Remember Me - awesome!

Fuse - really fun!

Loco Cycle - Weird, funny XB1 game, but very fun!

Blades of Time - Very cool game, hardly anyone knew it existed.. =P

Enchanted Arms.

Really? Fable 3? I always considered the Fables big name titles. And I play the spec ops demo but don't remember anything about it.. I'll give it another shot.

And Fuse was the game with the four person coop with each character having different abilities/guns, etc. Right?

If you are big into RPGs, I would suggest you check out the Record of Agarest War series. Such fun games and not too many people seem to talk about them. Also give Eternal Sonata a go. (Another super fun game. Love the characters and how everything is music related.)

I always have Agarest War gamerpics! ^^ And I bought the limited edition for Agarest War 1! And I got Agarest Zero, I think it's a fun strategy game and all the fun of making some women hate you, romance the other then you apparently sleep with them... LOL!

It is a very fun strategy game. It is definently different from most strategy games. Which is why I love it. And the whole vacation thing is fun too.

Wait so is it a JRPG or more of a strategy game? I'm not a huge fan of strategy games, aside from Fire Emblem Awakening. But I've played a demo for eternal sonata and had a blast, I completely forgot about it until you just reminded me, thanks! And what do you guys think about infinite undiscovery? I'm hearing a lot of good things recently.

  • Shadow hearts and Shadow Hearts Covenant (PS2) (Most unique turn based mechanic: Judgement Ring)
  • Mischief Makers (N64) (Platformer with zany retro anime charm)
  • Legend of Mana (ps1 and ps3 download)
  • Katamari Damacy (Look it up)
  • Wii Sports Resort (It has sword fighting)
  • Style savvy: Trendsetters (3DS) (It isn't childish, it's a fairly decent design game)
  • The World Ends With You (DS) (You fight on both screens simultaneously)
  • Jade Empire (Xbox) (It's fun)
  • Conker's Bad Fur Day (N64 and Xbox) (Amazingly twisted, plus it's a M rated game originating on a Nintendo CONSOLE!)
That's all I've got, any questions just ask. I'll add more later. But these definitely have my royal seal of approval.

What I'm looking for is 360 and PS3 underdogs, since they are the only functional consoles I still have. But I'll check the ones you listed out.

I LOVED this game, when I was very young I played this on N64, and I'd go to class and start using the swear words in it... xD Amazing game so many epic lines in the game. "It's contact sensitive... uhh... means it's sensitive... to contact... uhh" Lol.

Actually, I just found a bunch of these games for XBLA, and they either are on sale or are already super cheap! I'll checkem out.

Armed and Dangerous on the original Xbox. It had the absolute worst graphics to ever grace that console (honestly it was almost like they did it on purpose it was so bad) and the gameplay was fun but still pretty average, but it was one of the funniest games I've ever played. Also it was from LucasArts back when they made stuff other than Star Wars.

Also Gundam Side Story 0079 on the Dreamcast. It was the only Gundam game I could really get into, probably because you played from the cockpit view of a GM and it was more like a mech(a) sim than an arcade action game that most Gundam titles are.

The bomb that turned the world upside down was genius.

I enjoyed the MG rising demo, but I doubt I would ever buy it because I find all the flashy hack and slashes to be too similar to DMC, but by no means was it a bad game from what I played.

And did anyone else here play Mech Assault for the first Xbox? I want to say it was a launch title..

Most welcome. But Record of Agarest War is possibly a mix of both cause you have the anime style characters, but they also have the Japanese voices but with English dialouge that you read. And it is a strategy game based on the battle system.
I have never played Infinite Undiscovery but it looks fun.

Did you get a chance to play Agarest war 2 on PS3? I only got to see it briefly on my friends PS3...=P

I think what's hilarious about the game is certain things you do and say each women likes you differently... xD So this Fray women likes you more depending on if you're mean to other characters, and the other two girls will hate you, lol! (or at least their love meters drop.)

MGO, Metal Gear Online. RIP. 3rd person shooter with emphasis on skill.

The game was all about the head shot. The community was small, at the end everyone decent knew each other and the fucking rage, drama and banter. It was just so good. At the end of days the glitchers prevailed, sad cunts using a virtual lag switch to give them an advantage. Konami closed the servers 2-3 years ago.

RIP MGO, it was the best.

(Video of a 'pro' playing it.)
