I'm not so sure it's warble though...

Wasn't his point that there were some attacks that didn't need to be JIed because they gave free damage (like unblockables) whereas if you JIed them, they'd just JI you back?

Maybe. Most peeps focus on the fact that he claimed to be able to JI most pokes consistently. Also, this is Shenrei we're talking about (His Youtube username is Liandralabs). That's all Ah'm gonna say on the mattah.
