When's 1.04 due?

I'm really hoping we get another patch. I'd love to see a LOT more stuff(mainly online).

Tag Team
An option to have SELECT be a button (I have no room on my elbows for the SWITCH command!)
Network smoothing (makes buffering easier online)
Fix hitbox and tracking issues (mainly Ivy! She'll turn around on 214B for no reason or miss some weird hits that make no sense)
Lobbies! I want to see everyone online at once!
More online stats shown (ping (no more 1-5 crap), disconnects (so we know who's trustworthy), main character, etc. Be nice to know a lil about your opponent first)
Fix lost inputs on online! (Lag is one thing...when it completely ignores your input as a whole nother issue that needs fixing!)
More custom stuff as usual (I'd love to see the 1st costumes be editable and in pieces...i like Ivy's hair a lot on her main)
Allow 200% health matches or even MORE online! (1000% no RO would be really fun...or maybe have RO equal a reset in the match with the same life bars minus a big penalty for getting knocked off)
MUSIC LIST!!! (I love SC4...i do not love SC4's sound track...at all)

I wouldn't expect anything anytime soon, especially in the midst of major tourneys. The last 'word' I can recall is the rumors people heard in this thread. But yeah, I doubt there'll be any significant updates/patches outside of major bug fixes.

Even I'm starting to doubt whether Namco will ever give out 1.04. There's been no word from project soul whatsoever, not even a peep.
