Seitokai Yakuindomo is brilliant, even if you don't care for dirty jokes.

True. I just finished it and loved the whole thing. Now it's trying to find another series thats going to be tough...:s

I have been looking at the Aria series and it seems pretty good from the reviews... anyone seen it?

I actually have 2-3 of those anime in my list to watch. The zombie one (for instance), is dead on so far. An odd yet enjoyable anime IMHO. The list itself is meh. It's kinda like I wasn't too surprised or so.

Madoka is the best. Level E really quite good too. Hourou Musuko / Wandering Son felt rushed, but it's getting better now it doesn't feel like I picked up a series in the middle of a season.

Looks like no one has mentioned Detroit Metal City. All the episodes (skipping the opening and credits) run just under 2 hours. I feel like if I explain it I won't sell it too well, but just google the first episode and watch it.

I am currently only watching Madoka Magika and Infinite Stratos. I'm pretty sure they're the best shows this season...I actually enjoyed those. Will watch Kimi ni Todoke when I have the time and patience to watch a turtle race.

Since kimi ni todoke is making a lot of noise, I'll try downloading sometime. Or I could just read the manga.
Infinite Stratos is picking up. I can't wait until "Charles"(my guess is her real name is Charlotte) sheds her boyish style and reveals those fair legs(fetish of mine). Na-mu...

Marathon'ing ballad of a shinigami AGAIN, I am absolutely in love with this anime

its 6 episodes long all of them are kind of 1 shots all of them are so good

I am watching K-ON! Season 2 (K-ON!!) while also watching a new Kimi Ni Todoke season 2 each week.

Both are going well, and should keep me more than entertained for a long time. :D

Ahhh!!! My cat broke my external HD that had all of my anime. Looking to rebuild it, though. Any suggestions? I like more modern anime that's either hilarious or has a decent story. My top three anime are School Rumble, Melancholy of Suzumiya Haruhi, and Evangelion.

I pretty much hate everything amine that's fresh and new right now :V

Gonna watch Legend of Galactic Heroes when I feel like blowing a shitload of time.

@LP: Try Cromartie High School if you haven't seen it yet. There's also Angel Densetsu, but the manga is muuuuuuuuuuuuch longer lived.
