Pyrrha will be in SCV

I love Pyrrha already. Her personality is cute and innocent. When she sidesteps Siegfried and kicks him, it slows down ".. I can't.." I believe I'm going to attempt to perfect her when it's released. <3

I knew it! she's a klutz! YESSSSSSS (pardon the thinly-veiled clumsy girl fetish)
Is it me or did they mixed both Cass and Sophie into Pyrrha and Patro? I could swear she uses a Cass 66A+B when she does that er, *MK9 X-ray move without the X-ray for the lack of a better word* but her (2B-air) 8B-A-K is surely Sophie's...

That "critical edge", I'll call it, is different from Cass's 66A+B in part because there is no hand-changing involved and there is more rotation to her motion. It does feel somewhat stylistically similar though, especially in how she is standing at the end of it. In those videos she also had sophie's 44B+K, a new stun kick(looks sort of like Raph's 22K), some sort of two hit guard breaking string which launches and is obscured from view, the 8BAK of sophie's 2B8BAK as mentioned, and a stab reminiscent of sophie's AS B, but the motion and weapon arc have it coming upward slightly and she ends much closer to the opponent to fall down on them for the entirely new AT.

Pyrrah is for sure not either or.

She is cass and sophy.

In the video she starts a side step punish with cassandras 88B and goes in to sophies 3b launch, and finishes it with sophies 2b8B A K

Also In terms of good or evil I think she is neither, She seems to be being controlled by the sword, in her combo she says things like "Cant. . . Stop" When she is hitting them, As if she is still self aware but the sword is taking over her body.

She also has Soph's 236B stab, but a different just-frame AT afterwards.

I didn't recognize any of Patroclus' moves...makes me wonder if Namco is instead giving him a whole new sword/shield movelist, while making Pyrrha into a Soph/Cass hybrid.

Patroclus did use Sophie's 66B+K A, but the B after that looks like another Cass 66A+B. Then he does something like a Cass 8K except that he moves forwards, not back. At least the whole thing looks faster than either sister's 66B+K A B. In general everything seems to be :\

To me, it looked more like Sophie's 6A.B to 236B, but in the 66B+K.A.B-type manor.

The move where he launched to the fancy stab-move ALMOST looks like Sophie's 44B, just a much faster animation. And he also has the same 66B+K.A.B-type attack that both the sisters share. Except, as stated, his looks more like Sophie 6A.B to 236B with a 9K after. I dunno, they both probably have a few moves of the others. Pyrrha's already shown more Sophie, but..

you're right on the 6AB, my first instinct when I saw that was like, 66B+K A B! I thought the third hit executes more like a Cass 66A+B than a Sophi 236B though, given that Siegfried floors instantly instead of keeling over and crumble

Eh, even then, it still looks different from 6AB. Soph's 6AB is high-mid, while Pat's starts his string with a shield gut-punch (mid), to a high.

The third hit looks nothing like Sophie's stab. Looks more like Soph's 66A+B, or Cass' 6B. And then ends with a flip kick.

Anyway, sure he has moves that look stylistically like Sophie/Cass, just as Lizardman does, but I didn't recognize any of the strings. Which makes me wonder if they're building Patroclus to have his own movelist instead of being a replica of either. He is male afterall, and a lot of the spin-moves or hip/butt-checks probably don't translate well to him.

Also, on rewatch, I'm now wondering if Pyrrha is actually a full Sophie-clone, and that one bit in the beginning where it looks like she has Cass' 66A+B is one of the new Critical Edge moves. Maybe Cass is actually returning in her full glory?

Third hit is more like Cass 66A+B. Soph's 66A+B = she stands up high while thrusting the sword forward. Cass 6B = high, not mid. Cass 66A+B = shift one leg in front, lean forward onto that leg and stab mid. Which is pretty much what Patro did. Hmmm I have no idea why we're so particular about what it looks like actually; maybe it's fun speculating while waiting for the next video to (hopefully) come out soon :P

Well, it's not either Sophie 236B or Cassie's 66A+B. The stun to the 9K looks more like the fall down/crumble of Sophie's 236B, but the animation REALLY looks like Hilde's Stage Two {B}, I don't know the name, I never used Hilde.. But the {B}.B one that hits them upward.. It looks like that, almost exactly.

But when Pyrrha sidesteps Mitsu and shoots him into the air and does Sophie's 8B.A.K, does it look like she just runs towards him/it's part of the knock-up, 236B.A.K, or 2368B.A.K?

^this. Ignore it, I remembered the video wrongly and was toying around with Cass on SCBD after that so my memory got warped somewhat. I watched the gameplay vid and Siegfried does keel over and crumble and *not* slam into the floor. My bad!

@ the Pyrrha thing, the 8BAK looks independent of whatever does the launch, like Taki's WR BKB follow up after 6A+B launcher. I'm pretty sure there's a pause before 8BAK. Then again there's too much fireworks and flashy stuff with the launcher to properly see whats going on :|
Random comment: WHY IS PYRRHA SO LOLI

what I want know is.. Why are all the shield/short sword users RIGHT HANDED!? They should've made Patty left handed, just to mix things up.

Lizardman is left handed. Although he no longer uses a sword (anymore), still he has origins as a sister clone.
