By the way, I quickly checked into the files for SC2 and SC3 and those seems to be in different formats. So I dunno if I can extract any of those. At least those games have character profiles where you can listen to the voices anyway.

Have you tried converting them into another format in which you can extract? I use Format Factory

Also, it seems as though some of the speech files cut off early. For example, one of the Ivy lines goes something like this:

"So this is Soul Calib-"

Not sure if its an error with my player or not.

It's a bit tricky for me to recognize who all these characters are. I could maybe upload a few of each character and people can help me figure out which is which.

There's the first three lines of all the characters I haven't recognized so far. There's a few I have a general idea about, but I'm not 100% sure. Anyway, if someone is completely sure about some of these, let me know.

@DeathInMyEyes: Are you talking about voice_11061.adx.wav? It doesn't sound cut off to me. It sounds like she says calibur with an accent like "calibuh".

Maxi has a low amount of lines. I may have done something wrong when moving his lines over.

yeah, that's the one. And it turns out its just a problem with the VLC player. It plays fine in windows media player.

Engrish 10 is Yun Seong
English 11 is Setsuka.
English 12 is Zasalamel.
And English 13 - 30 are all CaS voices.
