Joking business:

Raph's CE (if it kills) should end with the opponent sliding down the blade of his sword.

Serious business time:

We need to figure out an awesome name for raph's CE.
After gaining the fabulous "master combo" for his stunned 3(B)~prepA, 3(B)~prepBBB:B series, I'd like to see what we can call it.

Raph the Impaler? Butt pokes ? Hat justice ? Ass needler ? The Flying frenchman?

Flying Frenchman is nice, unfortunately, he isn't the one flying during the animation...

I must say I'm a complete fan of "Ass Needler" !
Classy, stylish, it really fits the language of a noble duellist.
Imagine in situation : "You managed to dodge my stocatta and my mandritto. Impressive. Now, face the dreaded Ass Needler."
Awesome.

BTW, I'm not a big fan of the move : it really lacks range.

His CE was rather similar to Amy's critical finish in SC4 but he stabs them upward while she stabs them horizontally. I still think Raphael's CE was pretty cool though and it does emphasize his fencing style.

I think it could be useful. Maybe catching an opponent in mid-air with it? That'd be cool.

And my vote goes to Raph the Impaler. Flying Frenchman is good, though as Black_Dog said, the opponent's doing the flying, not Raph. Ass Needler made me laugh. XD

It's cool and all, but the CE's never really peaked my interest. At least I can still punish people with a Botta In Tempo... of the Triple variety...:D

Yey A place where i can complain about Raph lame ass Critical - WTF happened to the Vampire theme, Im not ok with this! I was going to make a sexy Vampire chick!

Just for future reference: If you report posts about people trolling when you yourself are a reputed troll, the modstaff is going to laugh, and ignore it.

Thanks, I think i'll take over from here.

Let's keep the pettiness out of this subforum.

I'd just like to point out it would be best for everyone to learn the notation method (if they have not already) just for reference sake.

I will not demand that all references to moves be done in notation method (as in the case of casual discussions i'm sure triple botta in tempo is fine for your purposes) but for combo, punishment, and other gameplay related matters I kindly request we adhere to the existing numerical notation method please.
