I don't know.
It does indeed meow, but it's very quiet. It's basically impossible to hear it when something is occurring beyond both characters standing still...Which shouldn't be happening. It's also different sound samples than Voldo's cat paws.

I just saw the cat from this last DLC. Its VERY cute. Now I heard it meow but it is indeed very quiet and only meows when the character is moving. I think the reason why they put it so low is because you dont hear the meowing through the whole match and it get annoying.

Of course they wouldn't merely copypaste the files, but the possibility is there. People say there's some BD/IV data left in the game so the engines can't be that different eh? All we can do is hope like professionals.

If they cost like 80 MSP/$1.00 for 5-10 slots per purchase or something I'd buy it. Maximum could be 320/$4.00 for all 50.

What I like about the new thumbnail data:
-Yoshimitsu's samurai 1p outfit
-Raphael's 1p outfit (swag hat, gauntlets, and boots particularly)
-Nightmare's 1p outfit (we can now fully recreate Nightmare customs with his original armor instead of White Knight)
-Nightmare's 2p outfit (particularly the helmet, cloak, and leggings)
-Mitsurugi's 2p outfit (They separated everything except the lower armor and pants; good job)
-Edgemaster's 1p outfit (more armor and clothes variety)
-Maxi's 1p outfit (more clothes variety)
-Hilde's 2p outfit (nice separation of Hilde's shirt and cape and that swag hat)
-Viola's 2p outfit (the mask, hair, and outfit are beautiful)
-Asuka's outfit (have more than just King and Jin now in the gauntlet and boots department)
-Astaroth helmets (Gives variety)
-Voldo and Yoshi 2p helms (nice variety)
-Kilik and Hilde 1p helms (variety in helmets)
-All the modern clothing (especially the fighter pilot helmet)
-The new chrome silver and blue armor (very pretty and has a beautiful appearance)
-The return of Talim's 2p (particularly the Kitty Sash)
What I do not like about the new thumbnail data:
-The appearance of a forced body build and skin tone with Nightmare's 2p top
-Nightmare's arm being attached to his upper body equipment
-Lack of full Kilik and Hilde 1p and Yoshi and Voldo 2p
-The new hairstyles aside from Viola
-Viola's 2p being attaches (It is so pretty, I wish they separated the dress at least from the stockings)
-Asuka's gauntlets and boots being female only, forcing males with King's stuff still for something similar
Overall, 94% of the stuff here, I like for one reason or another and I am only irked by a few things (still forced to deal with King's tail with his boots) but otherwise I am happy to see the variety. This and the last batch of thumbnails makes me pray they release all this in one giant DLC month. Add Ivy and Cerv to the rest of these character armors in one pack for 1.99 USD and I may fall over and die.
