Ivy Combos & Tech Traps discussion

I didn't think of FC 1B tech trapping. I think we should test this after moves like CH 4K, CH 3(A), CH 4A. Plus, FC 1B has slight tracking so it might catch some side techs.
 
FC 1B works after 1_2_3B+K I just got it to work lol; the timing was kinda weird and it even launches big chars like NM. I'm gonna test FC 1B_FC1(B)B on everything that allows the opponont to tech on KND.
 
My bad that was a mistake. It doesn't work only on back tech. I shouldn't post while playing halo wars lol. After some attacks it does hit, but FC1B doesn't launch, cuz they're too far away due to the back tech.
Edit: FC1(B)B gets them when they back.
 
Here are some tech trap findings that weren't yet in the official thread.

In tech traps, 44(A)6 will sometimes combo with 2B+K > 2B+K

CH 4A *I got 44(A)6 to work all directions on ZWEI

-FC 1(B) : R/B/F

CH bK

-FC 1(B) : R/B/F

CH 4K

-FC 1B : All

1B+K

-FC 1(B) : All

CH 2A+B

-FC 1B : All
-3B : All
 
I'll complete the tech-trap list and add those tech-traps, when I'm back from E.B.O. Atm I'm lacking some free-time, cuz I'm working overtime in order to afford the trip to E.B.O..
 
I'm not sure if this was mentioned, but it's possible to end wall combos with bK for more damage than doing 3b+k twice. For example:

CH 2A+B, 6B8 BE w!, 7B+K, 6B8 BE w!, 3B+K, 3B+K -159 DMG
CH 2A+B, 6B8 BE w!, 7B+K, 6B8BE w!, 3B+K, dash bK - 162 DMG (and better wake up)
 
Can you get a FC 1B off a wallsplat?

Like CH 2A+B > 6B8~BE W! > 7B+K > 6B8~BE W! > Dash > FC 1B > Turn > 6B8?
 
I'm not sure you'd have to dash.. You can get iWR A+B.B from where you stand, I think. I haven't trained with Ivy in a while, but I'm pretty sure you could.
 
Dash into FC1B doesn't work unless there are some specific conditions met. It doesn't work 90% of the time.

I had no idea iWR A+B,A works after 6B8 BE wallsplat. I just tested and;

CH 2A+B, 6B8 BE w! 7B+K, 6B8 BE w! iWR A+BA, bK is about 172 dmg.

The timing is pretty strict but it maximizes the combo damage. Nice discovery, Violent_Vodka!
 
I found out that if the opponent W! slightly higher than what 6B8 BE puts them at you can use 44B+K~B after the W!

3B W! > 44B+K~B > 6B8~BE W! > 7B+K > 6B8= 132 DMG

I didn't know if this was posted yet or not, and 15 pages is a lot to read through. :3
