I was starting to think I'd done something wrong for not using the item in the obvious way for its intended use, so I'm chuffed you still liked them, or at least liked Decay.

I think 'cause it's such a large item, it restricts the variety of entries possible. There's less room for imagination.
Then again, this competition has surprised me with what can be done with certain items, so I don't mind trying out the Baihu Coat :)

Might make a third one based on scrapped ideas from the male pirate. I have a few small ideas but I don't think they are interesting enough to base a character around them.

This is the second time (first it was the mummy) I start with a male character then copy everything off him to a female character. Does that make me a sexist?
One thing I like about video game characters fashion is that their clothes don't have to make sense. Short jacket over a coat? Why not!
In case you didn't notice she is a pirate captain.. of the Cockatrice pirates! (I meant to say cockatiel and make a lame joke about it but I totally blew it :<).
Here is a closer look at her hat and shoulder pads which you can't see really well otherwise. I really love how the pattern on the feathers turned out, I definitely need to experiment with patterns more often.

It was interesting to alter the normal coat into a very revealing clothing item. In case you didn't notice this is supposedly her midriff and (SCIV-like) chest. The snakes make a good belt that goes well with her snake motif.

Baihu Coat is a perfectly good item that's easily customisable, despite it's large size! Isn't the point of this thread to explore new options and work with limitations?

My main courses is with these two
