The Ranked Junkies Thread

Would I be a bitch if I loaded my cloud save of me at 66% and A1? I'm thinking maybe if I get good enough with aPat to substantiate that score it wouldn't be disingenuous.
 
I couldn't bring my fightstick home for Thanksgiving break, so I will be back on next week. However, I will be incredibly rusty, but playing 'Rugi is like riding a bike, so I should be fine :P
 
I stopped after I hit b5. I got something decent, and on PSN there's just... To many people who don't actually PLAY. Most of the matches I got were as cheap as they could get or A ranks I could barely touch.
I'm an ex-rank junky, but I started living the life a little too much and I got out of that before I did permanent damage to my body and my controller.
 
I barely got my B5 recently but I might go on to that A rank even tho I heard its not worth it. But like Wandrian said its tough enough to find people weak enough to get to that rank so I will enjoy the challenge
 
Random confession:

I have actually ranked DOWN in this game. I think it was from B5 to C1 if I remember right. It wasn't because I was RQing(against my principles) - I just managed to lose that much. The losing streak that got me there had to have been in the 20s at least. I don't think I can manage the level of suck required to repeat the feat, but I'm still amazed I pulled it off the first time.

I managed to do all that without killing myself, breaking anything, quitting the game, or starting even one rage topic about Natsu bombs...so at least it was a victory for maturity.

Right... he did randomly pm me on xbl last night mentioning something about beating you 10-7 or something. And apparently you're a fraud, Fenris.

Considering you're both pretty good players, there is only one way to settle this for butthurt supremacy; a showdown. Fenris Vs Molson supervised by me and Reptile. First to 10 or whatever.

The prize is the winner gets to point and laugh at the butthurt loser.

Since apparently Molson is the underdog, as well as Canadien, I'll be rooting for him. Lets do dis.
 
He told me that he destroyed his local competition so they all quit. lol

Personally that seems like some sad competition if they give up so easily.

But anyways, all this "drama" needs to be settled not with words on a forum, but with ONLINE BATTLES (better than nothing), followed by words on the forum!

Hell I'll even enter the fray and battle just for the sake of it! It doesn't make sense but whatever! Molson&OOF Vs Fenris&Reptile! Hype that shit up! We'll record that ish and even get a commentator like Fahros or something!

As you can see, I take any forum drama as an opportunity to bring hype and settle it through the thing that brings us here; SC!
