Could be a European that just ended up being born in Japan or whatever... but Japan used to be really against foreigners coming to their country, especially to stay. I find it more likely that it's just Japan's obsession with blonde people striking again. She does have pretty round eyes, though.

As a side recommendation, if this topic insists on persisting, the topic title may as well change from "Had" to "Have", since I believe most of us are discussing fictional character attractions that are still very much a thing rather than ones that have passed. I mean, I know I certainly haven't got over an interest in one particular unintelligible, hyperflexible nutcase in the series, which I should probably find incredibly disturbing but don't for some reason.
