Is Soul Calibur V getting exhausted?

Are you tired of Soul Calibur V?

Then I can easily say the series as a whole (excluding guard impacts) isn't innovative because it copies 3D fighters and games that have weapons.

^I'm all for mini games as long as they are some kind of training regiment to help player become better in fighting games.

Team battle would be nice both online and offline, don't know why it was removed from SC2. Referring to the old SC2 not downloaded one mind you. Not even sure if the downloaded version has team battle online.

Where did I say that's what I want? I don't see what's so controversial about wanting a new kind of fighting game. For instance, I think a modern game made in the same vein as something like Bushido Blade would be neat.
That's nice and all, but why demolish SC to have a COMPLETELY different game? That's new IP territory.

The people who where largely responsible for the brains behind SCV were mostly 30-40.
The guys who put up cash for the people who actually made the game were old? DAMN that means they can't make something that appeals to younger people!!!!

Please if anyone doesn't like the way the franchise is now, please go to tekken or DOA or something else, because I'm honestly tired of hearing you people complain about the exact same thing every week. SCV is the best 3d fighter in existence. Deal with it.

SC5 wont be main a game at Evo ever again unless Namco decides to sponsor it

I know, but I would love to see it.
Especially because there will be no 3D fighter at Evo this year, which makes me sad.

I liked TTT2, but I prefer SC over Tekken any day in terms of 3D FGs.

My god, this thread.

SC5 has shitty replay value? Its a fucking fighting game, with an online mode no less! That alone means it has just as much replay value as a fucking FPS with multiplayer.

What the fuck does having 30-40 year old game developers have to do with who the game is marketed towards? Believe me, developers want to bring in more people, not just sell to the people who they KNOW will buy their game.

That's only assuming that everyone is connected to the internet or money for a gold account which one needs to use the online mode on the 360. It's better for a game to have inherent offline replay value rather than have a good portion of its replay value dependent on internet connectivity. Just look at MK9 which has both great replay value and online and is loved for it.
