Street Fighter 4!

viper is defiantly the one i want to pick up, her play style looks very active.

plus the high voltage vaginal punch to tit shock combo is awesome

If we're talking mains, I'm considering Ken/Abel/Rose

And ones I would love to play well but may not be mains are Vega/Blanka

To no surprise to me, the game is sold out in Japan as soon as it came out. Just like they didn't see the demand for the Mad Catz sticks, they didn't see the demand for the actual game I guess. And I am sitting here contemplating whether I should get one of those Saturn USB pads because the Saturn controller was the shit back in the day.

I dunno. I saw Dhalsim in a national tournament and he had some pretty cool set ups (and won). He looks a lot faster adn with the teleport/fireball traps he looks great.

But...yeah C Viper, Cammy, and El Fuerte look like my 1st picks...though Dan...tier 1. No one fucks with the pink Steven Segal.

Also...totally unmanly squee on my SF4 TE stick in front of me.

I hope that health bar of dan is at 70% or something...lol...really hope gouken isn't overpowered... I'd love to make him a secondary to my ken. Fat shoto ftw..lol

Challenge mode isn't a good testing ground to see how much damage is dealt through those combos. Not to mention, a lot of those combos require Gouken to be at half-health or more, plus they're not that practical (seriously, a jump-in combo is great, but how often do you get jump-in combos?)

Gouken ranking on Prima's guide is probably pretty close. He's certainly beastly, and he is the most resilient of the shotos. But he doesn't really play like one. He doesn't have any cross-ups. Will lose in a fireball tossing match (all projectiles will beat his, unless he can fully charge). And while his air-fireball is decent, it's not that great of an anti-air.

His Hurricane Kick needs to connect high, or all hits will whiff, and he ends up pretty vulnerable afterwards. Further, it's not an anti-air move, lots of attacks will stuff it. His Palm Strike (horizontal Dragon Punch) is pretty awesome. EX version adds a launcher hit which doesn't lead to much unless in a corner (as seen in the video). Plus it goes through fireballs really easily. One of his best moves, and he's got a lot of them. His Demon Flip is awesome. His mid-air counter really helps his aerial defense and makes up for the lack of a good anti-air. His high and low counter can stuff several supers (ultras I'm unsure about), so long as they aren't projectiles, etc. And he has a few really nice command-normals that can lead to some nice combos. Overall, he's good, but no where near as powerful as some players make him out to be.

EDIT: Let me take that cross-up back. He actually does have a nice cross-up that can lead to his super.

QUESTION ABOUT THE PS3:CE Version... I have one coming in thru Wal-Mart but wont be here for least a week... I am wondering about the GameBox thats inside the CE Pack... Is it the same as the one you can buy from the store thats in the CE Version...
Basically: Can I buy the Original Game and Keep the Reciept, then once my CE Version comes in can I use the game thats in there for a Return back to where ever I got it. Or does it have a different pack in so I can't use it? Thou I rather have all the Goodies in the game for 20$ more and wait it out... I'm happy that I am able to get one anyways without paying the 120+ ebay price they are going to..
Now I just need a USB Converter to use all my Older PS1/2 Hori Sticks
