Tira - Combo Discussion

I think I saw this in some hour long Tira combo vid ages back. Isn't 66B 66B better than 3B 66B in nearly every way? I could be wrong here, but 66B's range seems to trash 3B's.
 
I found a pretty decent comb:
JS 3B/66B, 66K, CE - 82 dmg

* note, it CAN be air controlled after the 66K, so it's not a "true" combo, but every time I've used it so far, I've been able to connect it. So, unless the opponent is expecting it, you should be able to connect.
 
Sorry I have some noob questions:

1) For wall combo that involves JS BT B+K w!~B~A+B, I could only get A+B to hit with ground stun maybe 4% of the time on Astaroth ... is there a special timing?

2) Also, for GS 3B or similar launchers in GS, is there a RO combo that doesn't involve CE?

3) For GS launchers that have 4K ~ dash into 4K, is there a special trick? quickly tap 6~4K, or need to do 66~4K, or is it range dependent?

1) Input JS BT B+K as you normally would but then delay the B, works everytime.

3) Input the 4K ~ dash into 4K as quickly as possible. Although this is not a good option as you may change to JS (66B BE is not always guaranteed) and you take more self-harm dmg hope this helped!
 
Just found out 4B+K, 4K is a combo (ground stun). I don't know why you would want to use it but its possible. I guess you dont have to worry about the lack of hit confirm in 4B+K B.

GS 3B 66A rings out to the front and right.
This, for RO to the right. Often straight in front it will not RO though.

When RO is straight in front, I think 6A is nice. (E.g. GS 3B, 6A -> RO).

When RO is to the left, do e.g. GS 3B, 4A, then jump over the falling opponent and hit grab. You'll get a side throw RO if they get up, which is nice and, most importantly, looks damn cool. (Only works if they are holding block and fail to break it, but both are quite likely, especially if you've never used it against that opponent before).

GS 4BBB into these RO options can carry over a slightly longer distance for the Ring Out, useful if you need the extra distance.
 
I added a list of terms used in the combo list with their meaning after being told they weren't known.

I remember also being confused at first so I figured it was a good idea.

GS 66K, 4K, 66B for around 62 Damage. Brave edged for 70.
GS 66K, 4K, 666B for around 81 Damage. Brave edged for 89.

From what I can tell, the 666B version is ukemi-able if 66K hits from behind.

It doesn't work on Viola, Natsu, Leixia, Pyrrha, Pyrrha O, herself and Elysium.

Are you stepping at all between 66K and 4K?
 
The 4K has to be delayed to Combo. But a question is why would you want to 4K? It only adds 6-7 dmg cost 5 pts of health and runs the risk of going into Jolly. The only really good reason I can think of is if you want to Tech trap with 1A. Anyone who plays against her knows not to tech l, so thats not really good its just MU ignorance
 
I'd say you may want to do 4K to techtrap 666bBE, but I'm sure it would still techtrap fine and I think people would be more likely to tech if you didn't do the 4K.
 
GS 4A. CE(full). I'm guessing it works on everybody since it worked on Tira, Asta, and Viola. Does 91 damage.

Also CH GS 44B](last hit only). 4K. 666B/BE works as well. Probably won't happen in-game but, you can never know too much.

This isn't reliable. Most of the time, the first hit whiffs and the second-fourth hits hit while grounded. They have to be angled weird or close enough to a wall to not fly the full distance but far enough away not to hit.
