Soul Calibur VI: General discussion

If I wasn’t proud of the satisfaction to envision my OCs, I’d recreate that outfit mokamoka’s avatar is wearing.

But maybe the next event will show characters? To be fair we haven’t had a build with about literally half the reveals.

Three biggest concerns are the lack of 2Ps, what modes will be in, and potentially three sword and shields.

Already interested in the time line, but what is with those red dots on top?
 
Well. I'm happy for a while. Would like some more gameplay from Zasalamel and Ivy. Geralt looks decent. We still have a few more characters to announce before the release.

The special editions are a little confusing too. Will probably wait to pre-order just a little bit longer for any retail specific bonuses that get added.

I can see that he's not that popular around these parts but would love to have Dampierre back. Hopefully a couple more new characters too. Kind of hoping that rumor about the fat priest is true.

Oh... so much excitement! At least we know when it comes out now.
 
So the red dots are the main story. But some characters have too few marks. Character endings are pseudo-confirmed I guess.

Zas has a long one for being the second newest character...

Going by the amount of letters and guesses at dots from top to bottom:

Voldo
Astaroth
Cervantes
Groh’s father’s name has 8 letters?
Talim

And yup, CaS will likely include the IV-V items.

Also Lizzy could just be a generic enemy with one of the Alexandras’ fighting styles.

Ivy usually fights in nerdy settings like libraries and laboratories.

Desert seems more a fit for someone like Hwang.

I still believe that Grøh may be the man who becomes Z.W.E.I., and that being true, he needs a counterpart. Viola just being in the base game would spoil the reveal, but if she's DLC, that can help preserve the mystery for those who haven't played the story yet. That's my two cents, anyway. Worst case scenario, Amy will appear in Raphael's part of the story and will be featured as a bonus character as in SoulCalibur III. But really, Amy is popular enough, that even if Grøh is not Z.W.E.I., and I take my tinfoil hat off, then she can be a DLC since she will definitely sell like hotcakes. Ditto for Setsuka and Hilde, who are my other two DLC character predictions. And the fourth will be 2B, as a second guest. The season pass bonus will likely be Setsuka, because Cassandra, Raphael, Talim, and Yun-seong are most likely in the base roster, as well as Tira and Zasalamel, as all of these folks have story significance, but Setsuka does not. Setsuka will round out SoulCalibur III's roster inclusion, makes for great bait to sell season passes.
 
The blurred name above Nightmare has a story only about as long as Nightmare's.

The third blurred name's story begins at the same time as Sophitia.
