Cause it seems like comebacks get made including RE being beaten out for the final round ender. Sorry if it isn't but it does demonstrate you are wrong anyway, Xianghua makes a few comebacks despite the RE attempts through the match. I don't even think it is a great system but people are already really getting to grips with beating it out frequently.

You missed the point. Let me make it clear.

If i have a life lead in a round, and you are one hit away from death, RE nearly guarantees me a victory since it damages on it before the RPS is initiated.

If you don't get the concept yet, you will.

Lol, dude i would understand if you were someone who gave me a good fight in scv, but i've beaten on you, tea bagged you and made you my fool so much, i can't understand why you're even commenting on my play. You were a joke of a player, you're not on my radar old man.

I've got enough enemies out there bud, i can't beef with nobodies as well. Keep your opinion to yourself, or post a video of your 50+ win streak since you went undefeated in the beta.

Marg is a bum, but atleast hes semi-decent. Since when does a weakling without an ounce of skill think he has the right to comment on someone that's far outside his skill range.

What the fuck are you talking about, i've been on psn for like 6 months now and i don't create rooms titled PSN invasion.

I used Sophitia because I think her combat style is pure and thrives on making good reads, spacing, pressure and punishment, tools that will be necessaryat high level play. These things come with time and training, my wins didn't come from cheesing OP characters, my approach to the game has been one of learning, and winnijg every fight wasnt my goal for this beta if you didnt realize i took my foot off the gas after going up 2-0.

I don't think Sophie is OP at all. I don't know Soph well enough to give you an in depth POV of her playstyle, but I figured she would be the perfect character to build fundamentals.

If you bothered reading my previous post, i wasn't afflicted by RE all that much, i'm not complaining because i can't stop it. i simply do not like the mechanic for SC. It is very useful and will come in handy, but i do not like RPS in fighting games especially one that is actually going to be necessary since the meter gain is ridiculous. i wasn't lying, i gained nearly 2 bars in :15 seconds and thats wack if i need to build my gameplay around a RPS mechanic.
 
I hope everyone that got to play the beta enjoyed it. I was going to play it, but I chickened out the first day (I've never played a fighting game online and even with everyone new to it I still got nervous), then the electrical wiring on the second floor of my house (where all my consoles are) started having major issues due to being quite old, so I didn't (and still don't) have power on the second floor over the weekend. Based on all of the gameplay I've seen this game is looking great, though I still have some reservations about the Reversal Edge system.
