Players you no longer see anymore

How do you know it's him?

Anyway, I think I'll mention those who I had the most profound experiences with.

First and foremost: @FleshMasher, one of the Hamburg gang. We battled each other countless times, pushing each other. His beloved Taki versus my beloved Ivy. We've always been on the same level, results were going back and forth. I really enjoyed fighting him. However, the release of SC V changed the situation as I highly despise this game and stopped playing it after a few weeks. However, I really love looking back at some epic matches. Hope he's fine.

I guess the next player needs no further introduction: @Ring
Unfortunately our connecting was not the best but still I enjoyed all of our matches. He's a very nice guy, very calm, very collected, patient - and relentless. He was able to read your mind. However, an hour fighting this guy will teach your more than a year of kicking around random noobs. There were no more trophy activities on his PSN profile since May 2014, so I assume he switched back to PC gaming. I hope to play him again if there'll ever be a new SC game.

@JAGTHEGEMINI
We never played online since I'm a Sony fanboy. However, I visited him and his relentless siblings @Kerrigan and @daGOTTh back in 2010. Jag is the epitomy of minimalistic fighting: 6K, bullrush, grab. Mixed, rinsed and repeated. Well, it worked and drove me insane. I hope we can meet again in the future.

That's about it. I've played hundreds of players but I don't remember any further noteworthy details.

I was never a great player at fighting games in general but I definitely am coming back for VI as I've been playing the series since Soul Blade.

Players you won't see on Soul Calibur VI:

ErgoPhoenix: Told me that he no longer haves an interest because Setsuka and Hilde aren't on the roster.

SamEJIV: Quit SCV early.

Corrondo25: Life in prison.

djlthe1: Deceased.

CBM033: Didn't even make it to SCV.

Eli123: Left SC entirely.

Something_Unique: Hasn't been seen or heard from in years.

draconoir: Only for consoles. He restricted himself to playing games only for PC.

Ring_PL: Left SC entirely.

Wingzero: Deceased.

KrayzieCD: Hasn't been seen or heard from in a long time.

SorryBaskets: Didn't even make it to SCV.

BelovedChild: Hasn't been seen in awhile.

BEENEEWEENEES: Hasn't been seen.

TANHAUSSER1: Heard he's mostly been busy with college.

RIDLEYomega: Hasn't been seen in a long time.

UCHIHAKILLER: Didn't even make it to SCV.

Timefly305: Hasn't been seen in awhile.

This is all I have for now. I will admit that I may be wrong about some of these so if I am, please share your opinions because I hope I AM wrong. :sc1yos1:

I thought I'd pop in after this long time (2 years). It was fun viewing my old content. I do have a few names to add for all the time that has passed.

Ryukozan: I came across this guy in Ranked Matches in SCVI. He has an INSANE Geralt. I could not beat him. He think he told me he was french.

EternalVisionary: A crazy-good Hilde. He beat me like I was a complete joke.

Jimbonator: I've known this guy to use Ezio a lot back in SCV. Now he mainly uses Raph and 2B in SCVI. I couldn't get near him then, can't get near him now.

RenderingStar: He haves a very good Xianghua. He uses Amy too. I tried speaking to him, he never responded.

Nyawu/Kuri_Kuri: I'm currently subscribed to his YouTube channel. Only a few friends of mine played him. I never did.

NovaMage: Seen him in action, never played him.

marvelchamp5: This guy always confused me. Every time I would wreck him with a style of a female character, he would always insist that I should overkill him. Then he tells me that the reason why he wants me to overkill him is because he's in love with all female characters in the game. You know, he might win against me if he kept BOTH hands on his controller. He seems to keep one on his dick all the time.

WooMan_88: I'm quite sure this is my old friend WHOOMAAN. Me and him still have good games. "Why does he call my characters broken? Can't he just keep it to himself? I'm still going to pick them!"

SonicFox: All players who plays fighting games knows this guy. He actually played Soul Calibur 6 for a time. I was hoping I could run into him online but I don't think he's playing Soul Calibur these days. So I can't expect to play him in ANY way. Unless... Ashrah returns.

Heh I can relate. I bought the game, and the season passes to support the franchise. Yet I play the game by
going to cafes that let you play for a limited time on premium hardware for a price.
This game can really look good. I hope they add raytracing to it.
I also love to watch bouts on youtube or twitch.

Skimming through this thread made me look up my old SCIV online matches for the Xbox 360 and it made me realize I can't recall ever fighting Greydon Square or II Beyonder II, but then again my "online presense" is mostly in Casual rather than Ranked.

Likewise I still have Ryoni Sanada and synster toejam / Synsiterhippe on my friends list, but I don't think I've fought Ryoni since VI came out and I don't think I've fought Synister in VI at all…

In hindsight, maybe it'd help if I spent more time here? =Þ
