@Frostheart : i'd gladly explain again, as i am thoroughly happy to see it widely used on others' CAS now ;o)

The trick is to use sticker #88. With this sticker and the color 9 1 18 (for blood smears on the skin) and lighter shades of red for smudges on clothing, you can do all sorts of blood stains.
Adjust size, rotate, flip and play on the position, and you'll have endless possibilities.
The combination of scars and sticker 88 can do awesome stuff, way more realistic than using the flame sticker or the very limited "cow skin" pattern.
On the other hand, combining / blending in cow skin pattern and sticker 88 will produce even more spectacular results, see below :
