What about giving back her caltrops stun, the only thing that I've really seen Natsu players (and not just scrubs whining about how OP she is) complain about.

Tell me, did Hawkeye even participate in the original "poll"?
(EDIT: I see Shogun, someone who should've been on "the list", did participate and suggested giving FC A+B its old stun, and he was ignored.)

The OP's balance change list is just absurd. You've really only listed nerfs for Hilde? Only nerfs for regular Pat? Pat is a decent medium level character who would be completely useless if all of your suggestions happened. Honestly, I don't want this game balanced patched again at all. SCV's roster is already way more balanced than the average fighter out there. No balance update is perfect, for all the good changes, there are always bad ones (like overnerfing leixia). You need to think realistically. If we do get another balance patch, some character is going to get screwed over. A lot of these suggestions are way too vague to be helpful anyways. I would like "b) Better framedata for many moves." for ZWEI but that's incredibly vague and not helpful at all.

So, pretty much:
no to everything that isn't buffing ZWEI or Raph, fixing whiffing issues, or fixing glitches/infinites.
 
Quick question. All of the Leixia players except 1 suggested a voting option of returning immediate evasiveness to WR B BE. Just wondering where it went, not criticizing.

If you don't add Leixia to this list, after just mentioning she was overnerfed, you probably deserve a lack of oxygen.

May I ask why you (and others how think alike) think she doesn't need more damage?
Please tell me what justifies this crap damage output of Leixia, I fail to see a sense in that. I'm being serious, I have no idea why it has to be THAT low. Maybe I'm too biased to see it, that's why I ask. IMO, it's the main reason why she sucks in this game.
