They also post up when they will do friday night session at screenz (an internet/gaming cafe. it's also the location where we hold our monthly tournaments).

Cody, good to hear from u again! Hopefully we'll hang out eventually.
 
Sorry to inform you guys, that I was told that Screenz is not having a Session tonight. So there is not going to be one tonight at least at not at Screenz.
 
I've been looking for people who play here in the Chicago area. I've been stuck with playing online which makes me so unprepared for offline tournaments (I missed being at my first one because I came an hour late due to work. But I played a couple casual games, especially since they had a SSBs Tourny, SF4 Tourny, SF Turbo Remix Tourny and Naruto Tourny going on at the same place). I'm planning on going to test my luck at regionals, however I don't know how unprepared I am especially since I haven't faced any good offline opponents outside of the computer. Who lives near the Roger's Park/Edgewater/Andersonville area? That's where I live, although anyone in Chi-Town I'd wanna meet up with.
 
We all mostly live in the city like you. A couple players actually live around clark/diversey/broadway which isnt that far from where you are. Probably should get to a gathering we have on fridays sometimes. You can PM me your number if you want and ill let you know when we play.

I was thinking, there should be some kind of north central EvO/Nationals prep tourney gathering thingy before july, probably some time mid june. I know you guys have your regional yet. Are you guys up for hosting such an event? I could do something in madison if you guys weren't.


What are your thoughts Chi?
 
I am holding a Gaming Session at my place on Saturday. It will start at Noon and probably go on all day until like Midnight or later, idk I have the entire day off. lol

If you want to show up I have 4 TVs, 1 PS3, and 1 Wii. I know a couple people might be bringing extras, so we can play more games all day, if you want to bring anything, that is fine, I have enough room for extra set-ups. ^_^

bill they are running soul calibur 4 at MWC this year. top winners get seeded at EVO IIRC.
