I'm already completely sold on getting a PS4, and I'm not changing, especially not because of this post. All this information is incredibly deceiving. I was asking about the community to know what to prepare for people wise.
Get an Xbox1 and not a PS4.
You have to rip the console apart (literally with a screw driver) to change the hard drive.
You have to rip the console apart to change the hard drive? Maybe you have your consoles mixed up.

This is the process of the PS4 hard drive replacement. The Xbox One's hard drive is not meant to be replaced. Doing so voids the warranty.
You need to have your hard drives updated at Sony's website.
Of course you have to have the hard drives updated. Because they're not all Microsoft brand and competitively priced. I'll pay a lot less per GB for a hard drive that way than if they were all manufacturer brand. Saves the consumer money.
Unlike M$, where on the 360 you have to buy their Hard Drives, or on the Xbox One, where you can't replace it at all. Where's Xbox One's 1TeraByte Option?
Sony's Playstation plus membership works as, if you cancel your subscription, all the free games you got with PS+ are gone until renewed subscription.
On Xbox Live, if your gold runs out, YOU STILL get to keep your free games.
And in exchange for not being able to keep my games when PS Plus runs out, I get better titles to play, and more games overall. Have you looked at the PS Plus library vs Games with Gold? Remember them releasing that 2006 game Crackdown when Sony was releasing the 6-Month old Need for Speed: Most Wanted from 10 months earlier? Good times.
Sony's servers have been hacked before.
Sony servers have been hacked, so what? Just don't keep your financial information directly on Sony's website. They have options for external payment methods: Use them.
Sony had to shut down their servers for 2 weeks when PS4 came out in Europe.
Sony shutting down their servers for PS4 release for two weeks is just a blatant lie. Yes, they were shaky, but they definitely did not shut down. They were having issues, though, as expected, considering all the downloading and account creation/migration that occurred.
Get an Xbox1 and not a PS4.
Microsoft made 22 billion in profit last year.
Sony is predicting a 1.1 billion dollar loss ending in March 2014.
Irrelevant. Sony and MS are, besides for game consoles, into completely different businesses. Microsoft has a virtual monopoly on OS software. This has nothing to do with their respective game divisions. Do you have the number of income based on Microsoft's gaming Division and SCE alone?
Didn't think so.
Your benefits of the PS4 are that, I'm not sure if you noticed, but game performance on Xbox One is awful when compared to PS4. Heard of Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition?

Several other games have also been shown to run significantly better on PS4 accompanied with higher resolution, frame-rate, and not to mention faster install times.
Also, why did you even mention games with gold? Xbox One doesn't even have it yet. I suggest you do more research on the next generation system you're referring to, rather than basing your argument off Xbox 360 and PS3 when talking about Xbox One. It would help you in the future.

PS: If you want Japanese games next gen, PS4 seems to be the way to go. Xbox One is getting pretty ignored in that category, just like Xbox 360 was. In fact, it might be even worse since Arc System Works stopped supporting Xbox with CP and XRD and Team Ninja announced they're next game is PS4 exclusive, along with the new Dynasty Warriors.
