Lower on the tier, the less predictable you are (as most people online never see thier skill sets...) I normaly win online matches with my low tier guys than high tier just because of that. Of couse Mitsu is the exception because I can use him to a decent/not cheap extent.
As for overpowered moves, I can't possibly think of any *cough* (sig) *cough*

being slow really hurts him because he doesnt have any good offensive tools either so hes really easy to pressure. also, throw breaks hurt rocks game immensely >.<.. i mean asta has much better ring control, ring out game, better command throws (jf), and much better offensive tools, unblockables... theres no comparison imo. there are a few moves that i wish asta had that rock has though

Ok, ok, i saw what characters are not broken, then first thing i saw was rock. I 'bout had a heart attack laughing so hard.

But we're talkin about like, non-functioning hitboxes and shit.

Anyway.

That's true. Except, I've never found Astaroth's RO game to be that good.

xD some back throws do tekken damage i think setsuka's right side B+G does. When she shanks you and fall like your suppose to die but unfortunately you dont :(
 
Double-bullrush frame trap is fun...

Also, every character I've played has gotten bonked by the magical Whiff-bat of doom a few times... it's a game-engine/hitbox shenanigans thing, and usually not character-specific (barring Tira JS2A+B weakness).
 
I think pretty much every character has moves that whiff at some point, but a lot of times it may be the hitbox of your opponent rather than the move itself being broken.
 
After getting a soul crush, I can never seem to land anything high. I got a soul crush online with a guy I play with. He uses rock (and rapes me more than astas do btw) but I got a nice Soul crush on him and then during his "recovery", where he is sort of leaning back the high went right through his chest and out the other shoulder, and I was like what, and during my attack recovery he immediately rebounded and won.
