Dragon's Crown. Let's form a party!

So I reached level 100 and I don't think I received a skill point. Is this normal? I'm guessing you can't get anymore after level 99?
 
It's normal if you're playing under 'Infernal' difficulty.

But there's still more. If you download the latest patch you have to pray at the shrine and change your difficulty setting to 'Ultimate'. You unlock a tower called Tower of Mirages that replaces Tower of Chaos and you can further level up beyond 99.

It's best recommended you complete that tower before you go to the regular story because the enemies are at level 255.
 
After 99 you don't get anymore HP and skill points

You keep getting points on stuff like strenght, intelligence etc, but itself is really minor buff

HP it's ok, at the end you only need 666 base health to be able to reach the 999 max.
As for skill points i'm fine with it too, i will hate a retard "max everything" system, the cool thing is be forced to give some direction to your build

But you keep getting awesome stuff, the true boost of Ultimate are the equipments you get for each floor of the ToM and killing the red aura enemies
 
Is the max defense 60 for the armor pieces, 75 for shields and the max attack for weapons are 255? I have multiple items with these stats so is that the limit or are they going to rise once I level up more? My armory is filling up fast and I don't want to get rid of them.
 
255-255 dmg weapons are not automatically the most powerful, after some point is all about what bonus they have and how you mix it with other equip bonus

A the end dmg is all about how design your build, on my 9 bags i've some all-dmg oriented and each boost it in different ways
