That fox looks really gay, and my starter by default is ifre ;_; I supose Ill change to water since the frog looks badass and I bet it becomes some kind of giant ninja frog.

I wasn't necessarily talking about regular casual stuff. More on the competitive side.
OH competitive!
Have you choose the three Stats you want to EV train your Vaporeon? Sp.Atk and Sp.Def is standard. Its your choice between Health, def, or speed. Don't try to raise it Atk since you don't have any physical base moves. There's berries that reduce one point stat but it increases friendly. You can use these to move the reduce stat to another one.

Do you have Macho brace? That doubles your EV points to increase you stats faster. You

On the casual side, I have a Vaporeon, Samurott, Whimiscott(Thinking about dropping him despite how awesome he is with Prankster) and Magnezone. Not a great team, but I can struggle and get by story mode in Black 2.
Yeah I'm have trouble with story mode but then I got challenge mode from my friend. Now every trainer is like fighting someone. They have an extra pokemon, use items more often, different move sets and there lvl is so much higher. The second time I face the elite four their pokemon will be 80 at least. ;_;

However, I think I should get a Fire or Ground type pokemon to lure in a water attack since you've reminded me. Safe switch in for Vaporeon because she loves free water attacks to heal her. Not only that, team synergy. Ground is immune to Electric yet weak to water. Vaporeon is immune to water attacks yet weak to Electric. Now the question is who makes a good partner? Gliscor sounds interesting because I just thought of him and that's usually where I get stuck.
Gliscor is a great choice since rarely anyone gets grass.

Anyone can help me make a team meant for Vaporeon? I'd appreciate it as I have a hard time figuring out the right team members.

I'd to make this team for it sounds awesome, but I'm just sticking to looking for a core with this Vaporeon build instead.

I would challenge mode, but I rather not. As for the Vaporeon hardcore stat stuff? I already know about the macho brace and all that. Your enthusiasm to help is duly noted, but I've already built many competitive pokemon. I'm just looking for a core to start off with to help Vaporeon fit into a team.

Anyways, Gliscor, Heatran, and Ferrothorn come to mind as I think about team members. However any other suggestions guys?

Oh I see.. Hmmm..... an electric type maybe an Electivire and a psychic or dark type. Deoxys is pretty damn annoying with the group you got there.

Good choices.
Put a ghost and fighting. =)

Mienshao, Rotom / Gengar

Oh... yeah... ummm yeah... hate to tell you this but fighting is the weakest type of pokemon next to grass

Fighting are useful in any team.
2x against 5 common types. Only fighting have an advantage against normal pokemon.
The best type to defeat Blissey and Chansey (Pokemon common and difficult to defeat)

Fighting moves are great but fighting types are not. I yet to see any fighting type pokemon that pose a threat to a well rounded team. I tried fitting fighting types on my teams for years but they never fit. besides there's always a psychic or dark(they got buffed in white/black 2) in a team. I see more bug types in teams then fighting.

BLAZIKEN!!! =D

Breloom, Infernape, Heracross, Poliwrath and Mienshao are good pokemons.
Not counting the four legendary pokemons from black and white.

Meh.... Theirs other fire starters that can maximize blast burn. and sky uppercut can only go so far.

The only real noteworthy bug types not legendary are Scizor, Forretress, Heracross, and Volcarona. Maybe Durant and Yanmega too. Noteworthy fighting types include Blaziken, Lucario, Infernape, Conkeldurr, Machamp, Mienshao, Toxicroak, Breloom, etc. Fighting type is a great type. It resists stealth rock, unlike bug type. Both types have their pros and cons. Fighting type is a good offensively, tied with ground type at number one for hitting 5 types super-effectively. It is also only weak to two types: psychic and dark. Bug types are the second most ineffective offensive type, only hitting two types super-effectively. Defensively, they are weak to fire, rock, and flying type. Fighting types are totally capable of fitting well into teams.

Never seen a fighting type pose threats to a team? Machamp with 100% accurate Dynamic Punch can dent and cripple anything that doesn't resist. Stat-boosting sweepers like Infernape and Lucario can annihilate whole teams after one turn of set up. Conkeldurr with it's gigantic attack and access to drain punch and mach punch let it wreck havok while healing itself. Technician Breloom can use Spore to put your pokemon to sleep, increase it's attack with Swords Dance, then proceed to destroy everything. Blaziken is one of the best revenge killers in the game. Blaziken is so good it moved up into the Uber tier, where legendaries like Rayquaza and Arceus reside. Fighting is considered one of the best types in the game, and there are plenty of fighting type pokemon who are amazing.

EDIT: Btw don't use Blast Burn. It is a horrible move. Hyper Beam, Giga Impact, Frenzy Plant, and Hydro Cannon are all terrible

Fighting is considered one of the best types in the game
Never heard that before. I remember psychic use to be op in first generation then dark came out on gold/silver. Electric and dragon are normally the ones on top. but since the counters are all balanced in a good way to make it possible for competition.

Btw their also weak against flying.

Oh, sorry. I meant only weak to psychic and flying. They resist dark. Psychics were very good in gen 1 but the next three gens they fell in usage. Gen 5 has bought them back though. Fighting is still considered a very good type. Dragon type is very good. Offensively, it is only resisted by steel, but only hits dragon super effectively. Defensively, it resists four types (fire, water, grass, and electric) and is weak to only dragon and ice. Most dragon type pokemon have very high attacking stats and good defensive stats complimented with large movepools. Electric leaves something to be desired. It is only weak to ground, but nearly every team will have e-quake users and usually electric types don't have great defense. Offensively, it is super effective against flying and water types, but it is resisted by three other types and has no effect on ground. There aren't many noteworthy electric types in the higher tiers besides the Rotom forms, Jolteon, and Magnezone. While the electric type pokemon don't shine as much as other pokemon, the moves that are electric type are very common. Thunder and Thunderbolt are both good for coverage and have good damage. Thunder Wave is good for support pokemon like Blissey, Slowbro, and Ferrothorn. Tyranitar is like the major reason why psychic types fell in usage in gen 2 LOL. I like how gen 5 bought them back though (T-Tar is still a pain for them though).

Mienshao, Rotom / Gengar
Alrighty, I'm thinking about rolling with Gengar or Mienshao. Any movesets you got in mind?

My Vaporeon build can roll with Gliscor, Heatran, Ferrothorn, Gengar, and Mienshao for now. Just gotta figure out the movesets for Gliscor, Heatran, Ferrothorn, Gengar, and Mienshao. Otherwise, I could care less who's on my team. As long as my Vaporeon is on it and they support her well.

Just make sure that you have good counters to common Vaporeon switch ins, like Ferrothorn who completely walls Vaporeon. You have Heatran and Mienshao who can hit Ferrothorn hard so that is covered. You seem to have most counters for vaporeon checked, but it is always good to make sure. And watch out for weather teams.
