i don't see how someone thinking you look to be of one culture makes them have a low IQ if you are of a different culture bro. I mean, how many times do you go up to a white guy and call him Caucasian when he is german or irish or italian or something? Or think one asian culture is another? Generalizing all white ppl as white or asians as simply "asians" sounds pretty racists and "stupid" if yall think accidentally thinking someone is puerto rican instead of what they are is. Now on the other hand if they are going around calling EVERYONE that isn't straight up 60% cocoa bean black "mexican" than that is a different story and you kinda have a right to be irritated at them.
That being said...
I played basketball on an all black (and one tall half chinese half black guy's) team in Oakland in High school. I literally got an "honorary" african sticker from them...lol...(seriously... they used some website or something and made it for me my senior year cuz I wasn't gonna be doing AAU anymore cuz of college... i guess it was more a button than a sticker but it was still pretty cool). I'm still waiting for my honorary "latino, mexican, spain" sticker in the mail from Taco Bell... more seriously my grandmother was born and raised in Mexico but I don't believe she has any Hispanic blood in her to the best of my knowledge.
And in case you were wondering I DO speak spanish, Portuguese (kinda), and Italian but I DON'T speak "Black" (this one actually should be said speaking African American because its only the american-african ppl that speak "stereotypical black guy" ... I don't know what else to refer to it too... calling it "hood" doesn't come off any better..lol).
All my random blah blah blah's aside.... diversity is fun :) and I enjoy seeing it not just be 20% white and 80% asian (mostly Japanese and Korean) online.
