Soul Arena and Alpha Arena are pleased to announce the creation of a new multi-games ranking in the heart of Paris : the Republic Of Fighters (RoF). In addition to the two founding associations, Signed by R, Hi Counter and Bas Gros Poing will support the project.​

We want to offer players a moment of conviviality, sharing, where competition is an additional incentive vital to the success of an event.
We hope and we want to appeal to a broad spectrum of players, from casual to hardcore gamers. Professionalizing eSports necessarily involves media competitors, which is one of our main concerns.

By organizing events of this magnitude throughout the year, we want to highlight the french fighting game scene and make Paris one of the strongholds of the European eSport.
The first meeting will take place in a month, 12 January 2013, and will run on the following games:

• Soul Calibur 5 (64 players)
• Street Fighters 4 AE 2012 (64 players)
• Dead or Alive 5 (32 players)
• King of Fighters 13 (32 players)

This tournament will be held 46 Rue des Rigoles, 75020 Paris, a few steps from subways "Couronnes", "Pyrénées" ou "Jourdain".

We can already ensure the participation of Madcatz, who will provide lots of prizes to the best players of each tournament.
