I only own one control. I felt like capcom punched me in the heart and laughed as I cried. oh well cant wait to see how it all works out odds are im getting it
 
May I ask why you people are bitching so heavily about the fact that we're simply aggrovated with capcom for pulling some BS again?

"You don't have any friends". I have plenty of friends, get over yourself, that isn't the problem. The problem presents itself when I want to play the demo when no one is available to play it with me. Or if no one wants to for that matter.

"You're complaining about a free demo." So just because the demo is free, that means anything they decide to fuck us over with is alright? Yes, the demo is free. Resident evil 5's demo was free, but guess what...that had online multiplayer, co-op offline, and one player offline. Let me repeat, RE5's demo was COMPLETELY free. So I ask you again, free = 's crap? I think not.

That shit is so annoying. If you don't care about what the rest of us are talking about, then don't post, thats absolutely fine. But for god sakes, if all you're going to do is play the "you're whining" card then save it, just fucking save it. No one is complaining about the demo, its a fun demo, its a good game. Most of us know this already, but only being able to play 2 player or nothing is bullshit and you know it.

I'm just going to repeat what I said in my last post. Don't have anything to say? Just want to be a complete douchebag? Then simply Shut the fuck up and don't post anything. Take your shit elsewhere. I hate having to snap at people on this website, and I do my best to just avoid it all together but it just seems like people like you put so much time and effort into being a complete asshole, rather than actually contributing something to the thread. Its so pointless and childish that I just can't help but be annoyed.
 
Ok apparently you don't know this but fighting game demos are really really bad for a reason. If they give too much stuff in the demo people become satisfied with fooling around with the demo and don't buy the game. Look at the SF:HF demo, its a joke. SC4 demo was terrible also. If there's something not in the demo that you really wanted to do, guess what: you will buy the game to do it. Its made to show off the changes and the system but NOT to entertain you for any lasting duration.

MVC2's AI is utter shit anyway. Nobody's going to be buying the game to play vs the CPU.

Be optimistic. They will release the whole game soon.
Then you can enjoy it like you used to.
 
Yeah but do they really want it to put up much of a fight? If they were any good at the game to begin with they wouldn't bother with the AI. I'm not talking regular scrubs who know what they are doing(even if what they are doing is stupid), I'm talking buttonmashers ect.
 
Well, i think the person that owns fighting games and only has 1 controller = fail.

This game sucks anyway... so find a friend, play a round, get bored and put SC4 back in.
 
I figured I would share the beef that I have with the demo.

I would have had no complaints if Capcom would have just said off the bat that the demo would be local multiplayer only instead of having people find that out for themselves. How hard is that really?

As far as the demo goes, to me it feels like it was thrown together at the last minute. And it probably was. Plus I found bugs and glitches off the bat after I read about how much work that they put into finding bugs in the game which left me with a wtf feeling.

As for me, I had alot of hype after the announcement went official that quickly went away after playing the demo. I am hoping that this game will be much better when it's finally released, but I am betting on it to have issues that will need patching, so I won't buy the game when it first releases and wait on it. But if you love fighting games which I am sure you do since you are reading this on a site devoted to one, then MVC2 is good to get just so that you have it on a next gen console and don't have to pay tons of money for a rare copy or play it on a old console like I am currently.
