I have a concept idea. It isn't final though. This was my idea on Li Long and Chie's daughter. Her name is Harumi.

EDIT: I totally had an idea on the design, and I might take it into consideration. Since most of the characters are having animal symbolism some type of way (Hilde, Patroklos, Z.W.E.I.), I think the koi fish could be an interesting symbolism for Harumi, personality, appearance, and probably moveset wise.

The fan will probably be bladed instead of how it looks in the concept.

I'll also include a short secondary weapon. Maybe a jutte.

lmao, the outfit was based off of the Mad Hatter, and I got some clothing references from Dampierre, Cassandra, and Setsuka (as well as some of Tira's outfits- note the feather use).
