When using 66A, you're going to want to know it's range. Ruu up- 66A works to force guard or kill movement, and it can whiff if said player backdashs effectively. 6B+K is good to kill backdash as well, but it can be whiffed by a side step or if wrong judgement of range, back dashed too. 3A I like to use every now and then. Has good TC, and lunges forward without having to step in. It is unsafe on GRD, tho. I believe -14. So, in some match ups it's amazing, in other's' (i.e. mirrors or Omega) the risk/reward is heavily not in her favor.Maybe it's cause I still suck at using her. :/
I've tried using these. 6B+K is pretty good. 66A on the other hand, tends to whiff? 3A might be a better option I think. It has TC and probably slightly more range than 66A.
It has a GI. I'm not too sure on it's windows of activation, but last I heard (from Ramon) there's certain thing it'll GI (i.e. Algol's bubbles).Speaking of her CE I did something strange with it yesterday.
Yoshi did that low kick he does when he's in his Manji Dragonfly stance and as he was 3/4 half turned I did her CE and instead of it hitting him, he just got guard impacted. btw I was really close to him.
Has that happened to you people?
also has her CE always had GI properties, because when I do it it says
Critical Edge
Guard Impact ._.;
am I missing a patch or something?
For whatever reason, if you use 66bBE in a wall combo, when another 66bBE tech traps after 1K, the stun doesn't cancel.
Ex. 4B 66bBE w! 44A w! 1K (tech trap all) 66bBE 22B.A.K = 199 / 1.0 meter
Other stuns that launch don't work like that, I've only noticed it with Pyrrha.I'm pretty sure this happens to other characters too. Probably because it's a BE tech trap instead of a normal launcher? I dunno.
One thing I have never understood is what the condition is for the followup on the stab. Sometimes I get the 236B:4 without issue and other times she just stops at 236B despite me clicking back. Is there a certain condition for activating the second part or is it some kind of timing I have to perfect?

You also have to be close enough for it to work. At tip range the stab won't stun (-2 on NH) and the AT won't happen. I'm not sure if it's the same for Pyrrha but with Pyrrha Ω the JF (236:B, not 236B:4) increases the distance from which the AT will work.Timing, it's all timing. If you hit "4" right at the moment 236B hits, you get 236B:4. If you are a few frames late you get 236B4. If you are a few frames early you get nada.
I just recently started to play her. At which page of this discussion was the patch introduced? How much of the former is still relevant?
:) Thank you!She pretty much was left untouched :p
