NamcoFan, do you even have a PS3/Xbox 360? If you do have any of them, you should just make a CAS recreation of one of your favorites and post a pic of it here for review. Someone did post a Crash Bandicoot CAS to get it reviewed. So, I don't see what's holding you back unless you don't have a PS3/Xbox 360.

Even though one at a time is the rule, you technically could request one at a time until the whole set of your favorite CAS character requests is done. The only problem is if the peeps aren't interested, then you're out of luck.

If you have say SubZero, Ryu, and Samus as the CAS you want to request, you could request say Ryu and see if anyone is interested for a week. If they do it, then you can request SubZero after Ryu is complete and wait at least a week or a day(depending on who is interested and such), then finally request Samus. You get them all done if you're those patient types. Then again, it's easier to just post your attempt and get some tips on how to make it better alongside requesting.

At least your chances to get what you want are higher. My thing is I'm willing to help someone who tries than someone who sits wants people to do stuff them all the time. Don't get me wrong, I'll still help those who sit there and request, but you have to consider that not everyone will just say "don't worry NamcoFan, I'll do everything for you."

I'll tell you what you what though, some people make their own threads of recreations and even get people to help them look close to what they want their CAS to be.

Making your own CAS thread regardless of what you make to get it critiqued, posting in Review thread of that one CAS you want to improve, and requesting one CAS at a time, gives you a higher chance of getting what you want than sitting here and letting people do things for you. I'm being this hard on you NamcoFan because I'm trying to tell you your only best options of getting what you want.

Face 12. No eyebrows. Height 4 Built. Muscle mass 4. The body itself? Look at some Baraka pic via google and copy how you think his build is. Voice to your liking.

Stickers on the face......

Motif 66 for the base. Color it black.

Motif 22 and 23. Color them brownish yellow like Baraka's teeth. Then fit them inside Motif 66.

I've also added Motif 2, but that's optional.

Outfit
Equipment? Look at the picture and put those on haha. Color them with your best judgement.

The only DLC you need if you don't have it is Pattycakes 2P chest piece.

Pants

Motif 61 and Motif 66. Use picture mimic color and position

Claws

me neither. there's a Four Arms DLC would be released but, that never happens. also, yoo much Mortal Kombat requests can't help because some Mortal Kombat characters' costumes are different and not all weapons they have are in SCV like Kabal's Hookswords and Cyrax & Sektor's Lightsabers

Correct. That would've meant a 6-armed character however.
Too many MK requests CAN be helped by simply not requesting them. And there isn't THAT much variety between the MK costumes, seems to be it'd be easy to simply adapt one you have already.
As for the weapons, and? Find the nearest appropriate thing and use that. People who specify a weapon type when they request a CaS baffle me, because that's the least customisable bit. It's the costume you want, just copy what someone makes and give it whatever weapon you please.

there are many other video game characters as well other SB/SE/SC characters we can request since MK characters are too impossible and there's a Kreate A Fighter in MK Armageddon, guess what? KAF sucks! that's why we love SC's Character Creation look at SCV, it has more items than SCIII and SCIV such as DLCs, Special Equip, Patterns and Badass Stickers
