nope, Kilik's MO ones i think are i17, but standard throws are i16.

Faster than what? It's got more range than most, that's for sure, but I've been beat out on throws.

I've heard this too. Can anyone verify this? I have updated the frame data.

My tests show that it's i17, exactly same speed as his 6K, so same speed as everyone....hence the change :)
I thought it was faster as well, but it isn't.....unfortunately.
