I think her 1A needs to be seriously pimped.
In SC 4 it's horrible.
Ok it gives advantage on hit, but has knockdown on CH with no tech traps at all, and on block it's -26 or more that's punishable with almost everything.
 
A better matchup against Kilik (I feel like it's 70/30 for him >_<)
Better voice actress (her shouts can get very annoying)
A meaningful story

The Japanese is definitely better, but even so, I find it annoying at times.

I don't think she'll be returning though. If true, I'm sure her fighting style will be given to a new character.

She'll return. It's not like she's an all powerful ninja with magical sword that can probably slow down the effects of age.
 
I edit it. Really she suppose to be 50 or somethin cause she's been 29 since Soul Calibur II. Unless the events of Soul Calibur II-IV all happened in the same year.
 
I think, like Cervantes, Taki has either stopped aging or is aging slower than the average human. Cervantes Was revived through fragments of soul edge and ceased his aging. It wouldn't be too crazy if all characters that have or had obtained pieces had some effect to them.

I i'd like an offspring of Taki and Mitsu whose style is like a fusion of their styles.
 
You guys forgot something. Taki has possesion, that means she has evil power; a part of soul calibur. Remember the story back in the day. So she won't be aging.
 
Taki got a fragment of Soul Edge from Soul Edge into Soul Calibur (that's when Mekki-Maru was introduced). From Soul Calibur 1 to Soul Calibur 2 she went from 28 to 29 I believe, but her age has not changed since. I dunno why, maybe it was a typo in the story line?

If she did stop aging that would be awesome and I can see my favorite fighting game heroine back in action. Just as long as she's not takin' souls and having decaying flesh like Cerv is lol.
 
Yeah! How about 4B AutoGI window not being super small.
And 44B and FC1A+B not being unsafe. What were they thinking?
 
No offence meant, but a friend of mine uses Taki offline and he has never had a problem landing the 4B agi.
As for 44B it's a backstepping knd mid - it shouldn't be safe.
Finally FC 1A+B is a grounded trap, situational and unsafe when used incorrectly - sounds fair to me. :/
