Who do you think was to blame for us getting HDO, LS, US, and Pachislot instead of SCVI; Hoshino or Namco? It was easy to blame it all on Namco, but I wonder if it was all Hoshino's idea. The fact that we're getting SCVI now with a new leader makes me wonder if he only looked at making money with low effort versus the risk of making another big game.
Pachislot hardly matters. That was made by a completely different team that specializes in Pachislots.

I do marvel at your ability to blame everything on Hoshino tho.

So there's a high probability, that tomorrow we should get some leaks from Famitsu, right?

Yup, Famitsu leaks happen usually on Tuesdays, so let's get ready ^^

It says that SCVI mechanics will be in Famitsu this week.

"Today's Tekken 7 #日本王者決定戦 in what it is. Soul Calibur Ⅵ of videos from the PSX was up early this morning to visit battle introduction. In Famitsu released this week, is described more deeply."

I was watching Aris analysis on SC6 and he suggested that 8wayrun CH are back just like in SC6, but personally i'm not so sure, Sophitia could have got hit while she was about to attack

About Famitsu magazines, hope there will be more than Gameplay mechanics, i want some new characters reveals.

"His story is well written, he doesn't show a good personality regardless."

Siegfried is a self-righteous, cocky, delusional bastard prone to bad decisions.
He started out that way in SB/SE, and while things changed a lot around him, he's still pretty much that considering even his Soul Calibur days after Nightmare has him still slavishly following bad advice from a sword.

He's not just "serious".

If we're going over SCI, what events do you think we'll see? Because they had only been referenced in the psat without explaining them, I'm assuming they're taking the chance to show what happened in detail. Some things that happened:

  1. Kilik gets corrupted by the Evil Seed, and Xianglian makes the sacrifice to take it herself, forcing Kilik to kill her.
  2. Kilik sets out on a journey where he meets Maxi in India where they hold off an attack by Astaroth at the cost of his crew, which made Maxi decide to join him. Later they meet Xianghua, forming the trio.
  3. Ivy vs. Seong Mi-na - Ivy wins
  4. Taki vs. Ivy - Taki wins
  5. Sophitia vs. Rock - Draw
  6. Maxi holds of Astaroth as the trio storm Ostrheinsburg Castle, while Kilik and Xianghua defeat Nightmare and then Inferno.
Dafuq? So story-wise Rock is at the same level as Sophitia?

I sincerely wish for Raphael, but since he isn't that iconic nor that important in the story, I wish for one of the newcomers and some loved veteran, like Kilik or Ivy.

Dafuq? So story-wise Rock is at the same level as Sophitia?
If i remember things right, it's actually worse than that for Sophitia- Rock actually had a broken weapon from a fight with Lizardman and tied her despite it.

This is the same character that got bowled over by Astaroth when they met, and his results against the holy warriors is actually pretty good.
To be fair, Sophitia doesn't have the best scoreboard anyway, which makes sense since she has no actual training prior to being chosen. Her skills are god-gifted but can't necessarily compete with some of the better fighters.

Pachislot hardly matters. That was made by a completely different team that specializes in Pachislots.

I'm not "blaming everything on Hoshino", I'm just wondering who was more at fault for the lack of SCVI over the years.
