Meh, Astaroth is a brute without gimmicks.

Rock is the mold that Astaroth is cloned from, so no gimmicks, just superior power and savagery from Rock.

You forgot about Astaroth’s armor from some of his moves...

Otherwise, Nightmare, Mitsurugi, Tira and others have armor, so....

My only comment would be that Astaroth is always going to have more raw strength than Rock (just visually he's larger plus he's got inhuman origins being a golem/frankenstein monster).

Rock can make this up by being a meaner powerhouse that befits a technical grappler.

On the other hand, Rock invoking the strength of the wild is not something that would surprise me (and no, not like the Heart Planeteer).

Thankfully, as far as I know, they've given us all the remaining hentai nonsense from Lost Swords in the latest pack so if we do get a Season 3, there's more chance for better quality equipment in the CaS packs. I hope, anyway.

I know there are other Lost Swords sets that we haven't gotten, but I specifically meant the collections of lingerie and skimpy armor. There is that bunny one, but outside of that, I can't think of any others.

I did this because eventually the records of these designs will be gone forever due to the nature of Lost Swords itself. This here is a handful of images of items I don't think I've seen in the CaS options, so if the rest of them are coming, these parts should be in those packs.

There's definitely a few LS items I've never seen in there, and I had no idea that's where the ceremonial sleeves originated.
Also makes me nostalgic for all the SC4 stuff that didn't carry over to 5 or 6.
I even forgot about a bunch of things that we didn't get from SC5.

There are definitely a ton of costumes that I want to see in the future that comes from IV, V, and Lost Swords, but hopefully not the hentai ones.

I did this because eventually the records of these designs will be gone forever due to the nature of Lost Swords itself. This here is a handful of images of items I don't think I've seen in the CaS options, so if the rest of them are coming, these parts should be in those packs.

And, your above-and-beyond archiving effort not withstanding, I think there are still plenty more items that have no survived recorded in photos, just based on personal recollection of the size of the LS equipment library, compared against previously-released items and what you captured here. I really do hope more of it makes its way into future DLC releases, because, for all of its flaws, including in how items were accessed and utilized, the equipment selection itself was one of the overwhelmingly positive aspects of that cash grab. I mean, come on--look at those talons gloves and footwear: what CaSer wouldn't want to get their hands on those?? To say nothing of the multiple killer variations for numerous weapons.

It's worth remembering that I haven't listed the parts that came from SC5 that are also absent from SC6, so they would buff the size of the collection for Lost Swords. I'm hoping we'll get all the costume parts from SC4 and SC5 seeing as SC6 is still using the same wire frame models, plus I would prefer them as they're just better designed. The fact that we only got 1P's for the whole cast for SC6, it irks me that we continue to get the low quality generic clothing items over them.

Ahhh, I see: yes, maybe it is just a matter of that. Putting images of the assets to the side, is there a list of equipment options preserved in the Wikias or elsewhere by the fan community? It's one of those things I can easily imagine was captured somewhere on the Japophone web, but not on an anglophone site, but it would be nice to have some degree of record for future cross-reference, wherever it may be, and whatever the format.

SC 5 defines Lucius as a non-fighter, the only thing he taught Patroklos was about his skills as a baker. Of all the new characters with a new design the only ones that would be really useful for the story would be Wilhelm (who became Hilde CaS in Hwang's Chronicle) and Acht (who apparently can only fight inside Astral Chaos), leaving both out too.

What really changed in this 'new timeline' ? so far everything is leading to SC 2 events, which no one knows for sure, we only know that Raphael defeated Nightmare. There was no drastic change, nothing was removed, they just added things that we don't know since half of the characters were never really worked on. Aside from that Lucius showed no interest in fighting, perhaps if malfested complained about the taste of their bread.
