This whole trip has been a blast despite the serious annoyance factors.

First off, congrats to the placers.

RTD--I was curious to see how you'd handle yourself when confronted by players with a lot of Hilde experience. You didn't disappoint. Hopefully we'll get some epic full RTD-mode vs full JF Hates power matches at Evo.

Cedric--I know you're not satisfied with 2nd, but congrats anyway. More importantly, I know you're going to learn a lot from this and come back with a stronger gameplan for mirror matches.

Link--It's always an honor, even if my matches are boring. ;P Good luck in the lab with Hilde, and I'm always happy to compare notes.

Everybody else--I hate you guys. Seeya at Evo!

PS-New stick parts ordered...hopefully I'll be up and running at full power by Evo.

PPS-Scooby couldn't touch me with Sophie. She's trash and he owes me money.

Link - ya...... finally played you with my main and it just showed me that you are greater than i am by like 20,000 power lvls. It was a sad sad beat down.....however fun. grats on 3rd, and i am looking forward to that dinner.

CHRIS GOLD - i will buy you dinner if I ever place at a tournament man, i swear.

Augustin - dude ggs, like I said before if you picked Yoshi on me you prolly would've beat me. At LEAST made it a lot closer. I understand why you chose Mitsu, but just remember for the future if we meet man. Yoshi > Mitsu.

HATES - ya..... if you could learn how to iGDR, i think you'd have an amazing Cervy. But just attempting it may not help. With a little practice you could get it, i'm sure. I believe in you. (jk of course, for real we didn't play but that one time before, so I hope we play more, you are really good and i want to play that pirate more)

this tourney was not TIT cause I didn't see any titties, they shoulda called it HOT, cause that shit was a hotbox.
Hates- u might be right about Sophie bein trash, all I know is...that's like the only one of my characters I can't beat you with which is kinda crazy to me. None of the Sophie matches were close.

animefreak- you suprised some folks, played real well against me, good shit

pistons- thanks for pickin me up, runnin shit smoothly, and all the general hospitality and shit.

ice- nice playin ya

augustin- u got my kilik 2-1 in casuals, good shit.

btw, I didn't back out of playing JOP. We were supposed to play our match at piston's house, it just didn't happen.

I just got home a couple hours ago cause I couldn't get a damn flight back from Texas since I was flying standby. missed work for this shit. Anyways, I'm all the more conflicted now as to who my best character is in this game, I have no fuckin idea, maybe Cassandra.

Good shit tho, I might be back next year....ban hilde.

ggs to everyone I played. I'm an idiot for not running amy at this tournament since I know I could have gone farther with her than with sieg. There's just something about switching over to a 15 year old goth/emo/loli sometimes depending on epic gear, that I couldn't commit to. This is probably my last tournament for siegfried.

That was my first stay at the famous plano house and I have to say I really enjoyed it. Lots of fun to be had and really good hospitality.

I regret not playing more sc4 during the tournament but I was too busy trying to stay focused on sf4.

Good luck to all the participants @ both Nats/Evo. I will not be attending either for my 1st child is going to be born around that timeframe. Besides, even if i would qualify....it would've been a miracle to even go to nats....lol. I will try to make one GOOD last attempt for an out-of-state tourney sometime before the end of this year. That way...it'll give me a reason to take my daughter around the country.

EP: You hosted me, ran this event, and made time to have fun with us even when you were tired as hell. It was a pleasure. Didn't get to see Jop/Jaeger/Buck before I left so let them know I said thanks a lot for letting me stay there as well.

Shitty part: Glasses partially breaking in a purely cosmetic sense right when I got to dallas and having nothing I could do about it (did not affect my play at all). I'm fine wearing messed up glasses since it's gamers and I don't care too much, but at the club i had to take those things off and that kinda sucked.

That's totally fine though because that just means that you have good taste.

Nonetheless, it was nice meeting you and it was nice to experience in reality why the very competitive Cali scene was having such a difficult time with you.

DevilJim: Perky as usual. Be careful though, you don't want to attract too many gays; unless, of course, that's what you crave.

Link: Love the new sig. There was only one character that you could have lost to in that tournament and I just happened to be one of the people who plays her.

I know that since you have the best defense in the nation, you'll come back stronger than ever.
 
Overall, TiT was lacking in hype. All ya'll niggas was talking SO MUCH SHIT in the announcement thread and nearly NONE of it happened.

The finals was Hilde vs Hilde - BORRRING

There was no SwordLord vs JOP for $1000 dollars.

No basketball game.

No IceColdEdge vs Killa6 money match.

The SwordLord vs Hates money match wasn't NEARLY as high stakes as it was supposed to be.

An expected 50+(which thank god it didnt cus of the AC issue) man major turned out to be only 22 players.

The 2D crowd DOMINATED in a historically 3D major tournament in terms of attendance.

Man....the tale of TiT....
