Just had a thought...

The "Ancient Armour" Why is it called Ancient? It looks to be an example of standard Gothic Plate armour which would have been used in the period SC is set in.

Even if they say its ancient looking back from modern times, it makes no sense, 1584/1600 is really not ancient times by any stretch.
 
The parts I.want the most so far are Violas underboob 2p thingy, Tiras 1p green top, Setsukas sciv kimono or her herself as dlc. Mostlt the Viola underboob. lol

Ok guys, we all know that with good things, weird things happens. The new item placement thing now gives ppl the chance to use the racoon tail as a... you know what I mean. You know, the male thingy...
Now with the unisex equipment, PS is just being careful to make sure things don't get too out of hand. (I don't get why the maid headdress and apron (The not DLC ones) were unisex). The argument on whether this or that or this or that and this and that should be unisex basically chalks down to one point in my opinion.
In exchange for more gender neutral items that YOU think should be unisex, would you be willing to sacrifice your eyes to see weird things? We all know that it'll happen. People's creativity frighten me sometimes. (Glance over at raccoon tail and shudders).
*Btw, I'm horrible with CAS so this was never much of a bother to me. All I want are my hats to be unisex. Hats.... <3

Too out of hand? Are you serious? I cant believe this comment actually got a "like". People can do what they want cant they? I mean Namco DOES push that thought believe it or not. Its a creation mode that just happens to feature a lot of uncreative fuckwits or just a lot of weirdos. I've fought a Rapheal in a Bra and miniskirt. (nothing else) / I fought a Sigfried with pink hotpants and a heartfilled T-shirt. Why take it personally? However not everyone is like that, there are more people who use it solely to make originals and would benifit more with the option being open.
 
Oh shit, all those old hairstyles! Those are pretty awesome actually. I really miss Taki's SCIV 2P hair...It just seemed better for this one psychotic character I made in both games. Compare:

Shame that they don't give a "psychotic" face or let you choose your standard emotion.
 
I meant psychotic in terms of design, though come to think of it every mad scientist lesbian out there could use a non-default expression...Hmm...

Feel free to point out a part in my post that said I was being judgmental. All I said was that there will be strange things that would happen if all the clothes were made unisex. There's no denying it. Yea, I saw some pretty weird CAS from time to time but am I going to spazz out at it? No. I'm quite casual about these things even though I find some things distasteful but that's not the point.
I know that alot of good things can come out of it as well. Even I wanted to use Patroklos's 2p sash thing for one of my female CAS. If you want me to restate my earlier post then I will.
*IF ALL CLOTHES ARE UNISEX, STRANGE CREATIONS WILL BE MADE IN EXCHANGE FOR MORE FREEDOM. THAT'S WHY I THINK THERE ARE CURRENTLY LIMITS RIGHT NOW.
 
If so, they are poor limitations considering once you make a creator with the freedom to place basic geometric objects at virtually anywhere on or around the body, you have opened up the door for strange creations.

I'm pretty sure PS didn't really think about that when they gave us that option. With the unisex thing, more doors are indeed opened but so does other.... things. What happens is all dependent on the individuals himself/herself.
I am not great at CAS and I do envy those of you who are good at it. So for me personally, this matter is of no importance. My expression if a unisex patch happens for all items? "Whatever. The rate of seeing weird things increase by 25%."
If it doesn't happen? "Whatever. I still can't use Patroklos's sash on my female CAS."
All I care for are my hats that will hopefully be in the next classic headgear package. Because there were none in the first package :/
 
The compatibility pack 2 and new DLC is listed in the EU PSN store but doesn't seem to be showing up in the cepheus store yet... I downloaded the compatibility pack from the store which let me see the new packs in the cepheus store so I could see the pieces, got the tekken pack and i'm loving having leixia in a xiaoyu outfit.

Ok I have some pics, I don't have the ancient armour pack I'm afraid, it wasn't really my thing, but I have the others and I can break down the separate pieces for any one who wants clarification on anything.

"Going to far" is a negative judgement. Done.

And.. weird creations will follow freedom? So? Why do you care what other people want to make? Unisexing Items also opens doors for creativity as well. Personally, I've said before, I only fight against CAS characters that look like they've had SOME sort of effort put in them. Mine are often complimented. I dont see how the level of weirdness would change with it Unisexualized. Men in the game can already wear dresses, but the men themselves have better clothing as I said. The women have mostly recycled crap from SC4.

So what items are unisex?

Also Beware my new troll cas will be po from kungfu panda. lolz
 
From the packs I got, the only thing that was unisex was the panda head, otherwise the items were just for the specific genders. Of course I don't have the armour so hopefully that will be unisex!

Also, Xiaoyu's shorts are lower body equipment, not underwear, which I am quite happy about :) I also noticed you can actually equip socks under her shoes, I was surprised there wasn't a layering clash there.
