Ultimate Marvel Vs Capcom 3

Amaterasu/ Dom/ ? I don't have a third person yet...... Amaterasu is so much freaking fun and is very versatile I love this fast ass wolf and knowing it can play aggresive and keep away makes me happy. Dom is slow though any tips for i am teh sucks, I was thinking of using hsien-ko but i need someone with a straight projectile, and she feels slow as sin.
 
Ugh! Twice I was close to getting a 5 win streak! Actually, I technically DID win 5 times the 1st time cuz some fag dropped the match while Ammi was doing her lvl3 super (Dropped matches should count as a win). Anyone know a cheap way I can just get this outa the way? T_____T

You could always pick the characters that benefit most from lag, and let loose.
 
Got to play offline yesterday and, my god, Felicia/Viper/Chun is sex. Replacing Felicia with Jill once she comes out, but, man, I'm going to miss her. The fuckin' mixups are insane and endless. Hopefully, they fix the infinites, though. Still, Viper and Chun are fuckin' retarded stupid! Chun is, like, so fuckin' fast and safe that it's crazy. Hopefully, I have some much easier answers to zoning when Jill drops, though.

I was going to dump Chris for Jill, but I just love his style. His attacks with X-factor are just pure sex. Sadly, going to dump trish even though I've been reading how great her and Viper are together.
 
Went to my first tournament and my X-23 is turning into a beast. Like fuckin jesus does she have an insane mix ups game and dat L attack for hit confirms!!! jump, 236B, 2C Is an amazing square jump and creates an easily hit confirmable ambiguous cross up. doing 236C, 2C you have enough time to cancel the 2C into a 236A and change the angle yet again and omg just so sexy. Pressure string > cancel into any of the leaps you get all sorts of mix up from crossovers, to overheads, to fake out reset pressure.

One cool team I saw: Dorm/Doom (missle assist). Spam portals and doom assist and you have a beastly lock down game.
 
Dude, Hulk plus X-factor= OMGWTF IS THIS SHIT. I took out a team with just the Hulk with his X-factor on. Hulk Dorm and I needs me a third halp me people halp me. Who would fit in nicely there?
 
Morrigan Hulk Doom - Team OUTTA CONTROL!!!

Morrigan FLy Resets are sic.....Hulk can play at Range and mind Games with Gamma Wave and Gamma Charge.

And DOOM!!!! Oh Boy DOOM!?!?!? I swear I can take out a whole Team with any One of my Team. Unless its Sentinel, I gotta LAtveria that shit.

This game is unbalanced, but not as crazy as MVC2. I'm also working on Spidey (ez to use, hard to master) Wesker (pure Power and speed) Mag (kinda shitty) Veiwtiful Joe (Good but lots of work) and some Viper (speed).

PROBLEMS - Finding online opponents is worse than SC or T6. Pretty sad, but I know they're working on it.

Also, the game LAGS offline.....once every other match, for milliseconds, but thats too much....
 
In my opinion if you can play ssf4 on pad then you can play this. The tiers arent established yet as the game is only a week old. A lot of people say modok is awesome some say Sent is a power house, a lot of opinions

Commands are pretty simple. It's all quarter circles and dragon punch movements. A few charges and half circles but that's it. I would still avoid a standard xbox pad, but if you have a PS3 or some nie 3rd party peripheral I'd say this game is viable on pad.

also saw a "Hit Box" (an all buttons arcade stick-sans the stick). The guy played amazing on it...tempted to make me one.

Well the games not really unbalanced...it's just every one is too good. I haven't seen one character I felt sucked...just a lot where I'm finding broke stuff. Sentinal isn't the only one with broken offense, he's just the most simple and does most of his damage whether or not he dropped the combo. MY X factor Ironman has a 90% combo with no meter. I'm trying to flesh it out to a full 100%, till then 1 meter and your dead with my ironman.
 
Judging from the Wednesday Night Fight tournament, tiers are nonexistent yet. IE: Seeing chars like Haggar competitive (and in some ways, broken) makes me think that pretty much ANYONE can be top tier at this point.

Sentinel is the only one that's closest to being truly top tier, but his huge hitbox makes him easy pickings for corner damage in this game.
