-fast pace. Not much else to say here
-favors offensive gameplay. I prefer to call this "anti-turtle"
-Meter management. I love the new GI, I almost like JG, love BE's, and CE's are just "OK" in my eyes. Overall it was implemented well even though there are some BE's that are fucking pointless/ not worth the meter.
-love the new quickstep, but hate the fact that sidestepping moves now require an additional 10 frames, unless you do something like 662 or 663.
-love how there is at least 1 stage that has no walls, or ring outs. There needed to be a stage like this 3 games ago.
-Love the music, voice acting, and facial expressions.
-netcode. Nuff said. (Even though I am jealous that my internet sucks so bad that it's still unviable for me, I mean for fucks sake, it doesn't even have 1G capabilities.)
-Balance. This can't be stated enough. Can I be so bold as to say there are probably no 8-2 matchups in this game? You mean I can play a SC game where IVY isn't broke as fuck?? I'm in.
-No more Amy.
-toning down the execution barriers. Although I wish the game further reduced execution than it already has, I feel like they are at least going in the right direction. I have a dream that one day a SC game will come out and you won't have to spend hours getting those JF's down, or shit like iCS (heck even CS is too hard for me). Instead I wish people could spend all that time practicing matchups, or studying frames or other shit like that. The game should be about mindgames, not pointless execution barriers. *looks at you, Apat*. To balance this out, if they make a move easy to do, they should also tone down the move's effectiveness in some way.
That's pretty much it.
Edit: I almost forgot. I fucking LOVE Pat.
