well astaroth is 85 feet tall and made of rocks and lava!
Lets not forget cassandra's ending, she smashes soul edge with her bare hands!
but then again if raphael is a vampire and no-one in sc uses a wooden stake as a weapon....

No one ever "Dies" in SC they just get knocked out or "perfected" whatever that is.

Night Terror is the harnessing of the full power of both Soul Calibur and Soul Edge with the consciousness of Soul Edge. He has a 1-hit KO move and Can't be RO.
 
Nightmare... because he's basicly a SWORD!!! Not just a normal sword, a freaking evil blood thristy sword! So because at the first place Nighty is a walking armor looking wicked cool, he would be the survivor... Maybe tied up with Algol.
 
I would have to go with Dampierre. He would CF finish everyone, in which case, steal every character's money (yes, even the Star Wars characters XD) and build an army of super robotic French soldiers to one day RULE THE WORLD! Beware the mustache'd one!

Come to think of it, if Soul Calibur is so weak that Cass can snap it with her own hands then how the hell is it giving Sieg so much power?

Anyway I dont see how people like Mitsurugi, who is apparently undefeatable, can win against people like Ivy, Yoshimitsu and Cervantes. This games story line is wack. :P

Sophitia and Cassandra are blessed with a natural fighting abiltiy by Hephaestus. Their weapons are also blessed by the gods. That is why they kick people's asses with no combat experience.
 
True, Sophitia was sent by Hephaestus. It just occured to me that Sophitia was one of the chosen fighters (or something like that) like Lizardman once was, so he must have given her some sort of power. xD But since Cass was kind of just following her around and wasnt actually sent by Hephaestus, I dont think she would have been given the same powers. Unless I forgot something.


I wonder where Talim's placed in all of this. lol, on the bottom?

Okay, I'll be serious.

I believe, out of a straight up brawl between every SC character that's ever been in the game. Probably Kratos, considering he's a god.

Aside from guest characters, Cervantes. Considering he can teleport without putting his inputs in, he's a ghost, and he's a ghost with a gun. A gun, that shoots flaming bullets.
 
about the REAL SC cast, w/out guest chars:
taki: she has magical powers and she's incredibly fast
astaroth: a fuckin evil and powerful lava golem, ares' protected
cervantes: a flying undead w/ a gun, he can move swords w/ mind at very high speed, teleport, plus he has a zombie army
yoshi: a freakin demon w/ breath that smell like a sweaty sock, don't forget it
nightmare: the name says all, an evil beast animated by soul edge
algol: he's teh strongest, in theory :\
 
Ivy would win all...(I don't believe in guest chars).

Long range stabbidy sword gets teh win and it's quicker than Cervy's gun as well as punish Algol's bubbles on reaction to him launching them. In concept her weapon is unbeatable even to teleporters since the weapon is flexable and linked to her mentally. There's no safe position...especially since she can end you with a crotch shot THROUGH the ground. Get past all that fun and you got iCS up close and in an all out battle...fuckin WR A+B "Christmas tree of death"!
 
oh i forgot ivy.. she is in my list for sure.
her weap is the best one, but she haven't taki speed or cervys power to teleport..
there ISN'T a clear winner, imo, each char has own strong points to debate.
 
Top Plot Tier: Algol, Night Terror,

About Cassandra destroying Soul Calibur. Cassandra is all Slut/Dumb Blonde plot, as well as some of her moves. I can't take her, or Amys relation to the plot seriously.

Dampierre though is Seriouz Bizness this is obviously true.

About Ivy, her weapon may be cool lookin, she may be a slut. But she was defeated by Taki, Astaroth <- In SC and Zasalamel <- SCIII. HOW the F DO YOU LOSE TO DA BLACK MAN?

Plus Astaroth, Lizardman and Ivy were all former servants of Nightmare. so the master must always be stronger than the seveant so

Nightmare > Astaroth, Lizardman, Ivy.

and since Nightmare + Soul Edge and Soul Calibur = Night Terror with the one hit K.O move, anti-RO ability.

Algol CLAIMS hes the most powerful, because he created Soul Calibur and was the oldest known wielder of Soul Edge "WITHOUT" it possessing him.

now if Algol VS Night Terror that would be epic.
 
It would totally depend on the bracket, haha. In all seriousness, the odds would have to be in the favor of the dudes with freaky magic powers. Astaroth, Nightmare, Seigfried, etc. One's a golem and the other two wield soul swords

If you're just talking about skill, though, it'd have to go to Voldo. If we're using characters at their best, and he's THAT good of a fighter at 50, imagine him in his prime, haha. Like a force of nature.
