I've already defended my country successfully at the World 2004 Team Tournament in Cannes and at the 2009 International tournament on our turf. France said that they will let me use the cow girl and I just wanted to see how powerful she was on a global scale since she has never tasted defeat.
But if KDZ wants Ceirnian to go so bad, then have Ceirnian post and I will drop out. I'm cool with Ceirnian and I actually think that he will do well.
And while we are on the subject, why should KDZ get a free pass.
Seriously...I was just looking at some previous tournament results and it doesn't seem like KDZ even has a main character and his tournament placements are very inconsistent to say the least.
In France, he won't be able to counter pick his way to victory because of the character lock.
And if we are looking for the BEST Cassandra, that would easily be JTO the Pro aka John. If you just see for yourself, he keeps placing higher than KDZ at majors:

Besides, the last time we let KDZ defend our country against France(Evo 2009), he couldn't even win a game. Well, that actually may be too much credit...that man was struggling to actually get a round. And even though he made it to the finals by counter picking, he didn't even have enough respect for the USA to even try to counter pick in the finals because of.....who knows???
Why would we put ourselves in that situation again?
Aside from that, he seems to have his own idea of a USA team, which is not in line with what the rest of the community(including the potential USA team candidates) has agreed on, and he seems to be intentionally screwing with the 'team chemistry' by irrationally questioning their credentials.
Let's just hope that he hasn't bought his plane ticket already.
So after gathering everyone's opinion, let me get this right... the new USA team is:
Oof from Canada (Replace me and Ceirnian)
WingZero (replace SU)
STD from Canada and Dream Killer (tag team to replace Thug)
JTO (replace KDZ)
Bibulus (replace alpha, esom and manta)
Vints from Canada (just because)
Whatever is decided, it needs to happen now. Ticket prices are pushing $900 dollars now and the USA team needs to start practicing.

First lets point this out. Since this is my very first SC game ever (SC4 that is) I notice a number of things being the player who came in from the outside.
There is no Justing Wong like player in SC4 where one person dominates damn near every single tournament he goes to. The closest thing SC4 has to that is Thuggish_Pond whom is always top 3 regardless of either the quality or quantity of the tournament he goes to. He also defended the U.S. for us and won Nationals which was international competition and a tournament of high calibur. Did u? As we continue down the stretch he is still super consistent even now placing high at all times making him the undisputed best in the game no question. He would have easily won the recent NEC10 as well if the bullshit had been cut and he used his main Amy like he did vs. Dreamkiller in the Winner Finals and cleaned up easy for those who didin't notice that and only saw the bullshit shenanigan GF's.
With that said KDZ ur 2nd place placing at Evo is pure shear luck and nothing more. Why? Cause u have been super inconsistent proceeding it most notably ur massive failure at Nats right after and the rest of the tournaments that have followed it regardless of quality or quantity. The intitial tournaments early on in the game's life cycle which u used to be the best in the east coast has long since passed and u have been a failure since. When is the last time u stopped NY from winning any tournaments within the region. The last Koga I didn't go to u didn't even beat Dreamkiller as there was no GF's but Jaxel gave u the win anyway.

1. I have been consistent from start to present in this game placing 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th in SC4 except for like 3 tournaments. Not to mention this is my 1st SC game for those that forgot. That's saying alot as I had no veteran tournament experiece or any tournament experience for that matter in this game. My placing and respect is enhanced by the fact that tournament quality or quantity makes no difference as I place strong at majors, monthly's, locals, etc. regardless of quality or quantity in a consistent manner.
2. I have a winning individual record against everyone on that entire top 10 ranking list in tournaments and some MM's in combination with tournaments except RTD and Thuggish. Thuggish being the person who has the most wins on me and being the reason for me not winning or placing higher in tournaments such as Nationals or Internationals. He has been the one player who has stolen spots from me until recently when I have finally been able to start getting wins on him. RTD got the jump on me by a margin of one when he beat me at GU. Special nod to Ramon as well as I think he has a slight edge on me now not sure but he can't perform as well as me on a grand scale.
3. I have a 25-5 MM Record against all kinds of players both national and international. Lets not forget most of it was from challenges from people who thought they could beat me and failed. People don't even want to MM me anymore.
4. In my total time here and this being my first SC I managed to come in progress and still progress even now with a broken PS3 since Feb 2009 have no sufficient practice except for some spots in the year here and there and beat top competitors convincingly. A good example of that is me raping KDZ in tournaments overall (which by the way is getting worse for u KDZ 4-0 and 3-0 rings bells) and in MM's. My no slouch bracket against people at both Nats and Internationals. RTD, Alphamale, Ceirnian, Omega, Malek, JTO, Kayane Kero and the list keeps going as I can't remember all. Then other major people such as Dreamkiller. Thuggish Pond (Still better than me for the reasons stated above but now i'm managing to beat him in convincing fashion.
5. Of lesser importance (Casuals against people I played fro the first time that I wanted to play because I didn't in a tournament). I have played against damn near everyone in this game and I have a winning record on all except Linkrkc and Manta who i'm tied with. I beat Kura as well in a first to 10 the man who plays his people with passion and also the man who I wanted to play the most in this game and he is also who I think is the best in this game but is hindered by Talim regardless of how good he is.
6. In regards to teams for whatever this is worth I will use as a good example of my ability NEC10. Not many know this as I did not feel the need to brag but I OCV'ed every team I played against not losing until GF's against Linkrkc whom I OCV'ed his entire team earlier who had Ramon and yourself on it (running through u again lol). That means Thuggish didn't even have to go until GF's. Thats an example of carrying ur team till the end. I didn't see u carry anything through as u lost to thuggish on the smallest stage labyrinth with Hilde 0-3 round (with Hilde come on).

This has nothing to do with my record but KDZ u need to stop. You are no Justin Wong of SC4 as ur tournament record has been stupid inconsistent and progressively getting worse. On anoher note I saw u mention in an interview on Youtube that u were the best in the nation in SC4. You shouldn't lie like that as its disrespectful to those who are better than u and in simple terms its false.
Last but not least since u have the nerve to continously disrespect ur userbase you are considered the weakest link for the team just in case u didn't notice. Hence the reason RTD, me, and Thuggish are so closely nit together on the matter. The reason is because u either do good or u massive fail no in between and others are getting progressively better while u get progressively worse.
Last but not least I thrashed and bashed u so many fucking times. Shut the fuck up u delusional mf. If u come at me be prepared to be shut down like what I did to Bibulus as well above. I'm very intelligent and the Ego that I have is easily backed up not delusional.

The community basically discussed the top players and the site admin, who was WCMaxi at that time, put his foot down to make the final selections. He also picked a team captain, handled the fund raising, and managed the process at a high level.
That's the type of person that we are missing here, hence the choas...

I'm not going to make any comments about player choices... whoever the community decides to send to Cannes, I will be okay with. I would make final judgment on a team, but too many people are wishy-washy on whether or not they can actually make it. However, since I am handling the donations, I guess I must make some comments on that.
I have already explained in the other thread exactly how I will be distributing the donation funds. NO ONE will be receiving full reimbursement for their plane ticket to Cannes. The money will be split by PERCENTAGE, based on the total cost of tickets, and the total donation amount. It is each player's responsibility to buy their own tickets. Reimbursements will be made close to, or after Cannes. If a player waits too long to buy their tickets, thus raising the cost of their plane ticket to an outrageous amount, they will be reimbursed at a lower percentage than others who prepared in advance. End of story.
If someone doesn't want to be reimbursed, and would rather their portion go to someone else, that would be okay too.

1. My maxi lost to Kayane at nats, because among others YOU coached her!!! You don't have America's best interest in mind at ALL, when are people gonna realize this?
2. I got 9th at haha intertationals starting in losers under oofmatics name, going through multiple people INCLUDING 2-0ing Malek. Guess you somehow won by avoiding me, who "struggled to win rounds against" at Evo, and because a GOOD MAJORITY of the MAJOR NAMES couldnt attend due to how terrible Nats was... planned. Ceirnian, Link, Alphamale, the list goes on and on.
3. Calling me a fluke? Look carefully at the results. I won almost every SC4 tournament I attended until March, when SF4 came out. I switched my focus, lost some locals with the thought that it wouldnt be held against me and that we're all friends anyhow, obv I was wrong. When a large major approached, WCG, I once again focused on SC4 and won it. Focus back to SF4 until the next one, EVO. Focus on SC4 and get second, winning in ALPHAMALE, KAYANE, and SAITOHs bracket. Cue back to SF4, full focus on it until the next real major, France.
Since I have just entered the world of Top Players in SF4 in less than a year, I would say the decision was well made. But just like before, I have once again started practicing SC4 for the upcoming event. Thisll be my first test of my SF+SC ability at a major.
