As of today, Soulcalibur.com no longer exists. It instead forwards do BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment America's brand website. What does this mean? Did BAMCO take the website down because they are prepping a new website in preparation for an announcement? Or did they just ghost us?

Bandai Namco has recently formed a licensing agreement with GameCo Inc to develop a SoulCalibur II gambling machine. It is claimed to be a "skill-based" game that remains similar to SoulCalibur II, but reduced to about 45-60 seconds. The game should be debuting in late 2017 according to the source links below. Another year, another E3. Another year where we wait for an announcement at E3. Firstly, depending on which game (Soul Edge or Soulcalibur), and which release you are talking about (arcade or console), we're right in the middle of what could be considered the 20th anniversary for the series. This can be seen with the the activity on the Official Soulcalibur Facebook all last year celebrating the 20th anniversary. If Namco had indeed abandoned the series, why spend the effort to conduct polls and keep readership alive on Facebook; a platform which companies primarily use for marketing.

Bandai Namco is partnering with Orchestral Memories to perform their music live on February 4th in Paris, France. If you don't know who Orchestral Memories is, they are a live symphonic orchestra that perform video game music and are made up of about 80+ musicians.
You can expect to hear songs from Dark Souls, Tales of, TEKKEN, SoulCalibur, God Eater, Ace Combat and more. Go Shiina who is a music composer at BNES will be present at the event as well.

Recently, Bandai Namco has announced that they are adding a new Pachinko Slots game featuring SoulCalibur characters. This will be available to go alongside their Tekken and God Eater machines. Little Big Planet 3 is a puzzle-platformer video game on the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4. The game will be adding a BNES Costume Pack next month for purchase which will include costumes from Dark Souls 3 and SoulCalibur 5. The only confirmed sackfolk cosplays are for Voldo and Cervantes. According to the PlayStation article, you will also be able to use their weapons if you have their costumes equipped.
