Lizardman Mixups/Strategies

Press it as soon as they they hit their peak and start to fall above you. It was tough for me, but I got used to it and do it all the time now. And my stratagy is pretty much total aggresion. Lizzy benfeits from high speed and high movement attacks. This can easily over-preasure poor players right away and even experianced ones my have a problem watching for your pokes and keeping their guage up with his massive soul-crush ability. It's worked so far.

^ty.

Now onto Mixups/Strategies

LC A+K.

Now allot of people don't block Lizardman's LC As because they are weak and I believe the reason is once they block it they are open to LC B. (some of the time) however instead of using LC A use LC A+K B combo. Since its much more damaging and people won't think to block it (unless they see it coming) and just pass it off as a regular LC A.

I'm taking a break from using Lizardman for awhile (not this forum however) because I recently re-mapped my L1 button from A+K (very useful to Lizardman while not so useful for Siegfried) to G. in order to do Siegfried's hardest and I believe fastest move aGA. and now that I can do it consisently. It helps..............................ALLOT. Unforutantely this means I can no longer do the half-combo CH 66A B+K A+K 44K <- Does half health bar dmg I believe. or LC A+K B.

u mean the half-life-online-only combo ... both CH 66A and B+K are shakeable stuns and pretty easy to shake in the "combo" u have above since the following move in each case has such a long start-up ... but ya i've seen it used online (and shaken it)

It is possible offline, but aganist any competetive or regular player shaking them would be no problem i agree.

Yeah I'm kinda losing myself to Zasalamel but I'm beggining to think that Lizzy is my main. I definatly use him a lot more with maxi and win against the comp(which isn't saying much) a lot more. Oh and what're your guy' opinions on post-g.i. stuff for lizzy? And also anyone else having problems keeping their oppoennts ducking without using 1k a lot? I've started using 2k but it isn't that great to keep up the offencive. I'll sometimes transition to LC and A, retreat back and exit out but again not that great for offencive preasure. Should I throw more maybe? Or am I missing the hidden part of his movelist with lots of quick lows?

post-GI Lizzy has so many options that I just end up BB'ing, lol no seriously he has a lot of good stuff in 3B, A+B, 66B, 33A_33[A], 1[K], B+K, 11B, BB, and throw ... pick ur favorites and create ur own mix-ups

ur right about it being hard to make the opponent crouch with lizzy, it's all about using 1[K], 2K, and throw attempts carefully and correctly ... don't just throw em out without training the opponent first ... throw attempts are a big part of Lizzy's game for this reason ... i use 11A now and then too, careful with that one though

11B 6[K] A+B

i think better damage is 11B, 6[K], 66B or 11B, 6[K], 44[K], LC A - both do dmg in the 90s ... also you could probably tech or block that A+B above ...

to Ring out 11B 4[B+K]

they can probably air control that

to Ring out from far then 11B, 4B+KG
to ring out when the edge is close behind you use 11B, A+B, 66K ... i believe they can just ukemi the A+B bounce but it works

Nuez:
yes the 4B + KG Ring out from afar, but attention to the distance if it is you who will end outside .

yup ur right ... but if i'm that close i'll probably just use the A+B, 66K ender ... 4[B+K] will definitely work in the small area of neutral range where A+B, 66K won't work but 4B+KG will ring yourself out ... it is air controllable though, but I'd still try it ... you can RO with 4[B+K] to the front after a CH 44AB also, still air controllable, though

I tried 11B A + B 66K is not bad, but I much prefer the 4 [B + K] RO her further.

I saw your video Vs DreamKiller.
BT 2K after you have 44K Guaranteed
CH 44AB 66A or 33B + B: B

why not a 3B after GI ?

if you have a good Lezard !

Ps: sorry my english is very bad -_-"

I'm using the WR K, K, throw mixup a lot. Pretty crazy in its own right. Or I'll do a 1K after the 2. My Liz like...breakdances. I did something awesome the other day too. Some moves can be jumped totally over, as in behind, with LC B, and then I cancelled out and did a side throw. While its not erally viable or importnet it was still cool looking because it was the one where he holds them up and punch/stabs them like crazy.

Hehehe also try throwing out 66K's while you're unsafe by a few frames (like WR K, K 66K) .. really good tech crouch which many, many don't expect when you're unsafe :D
