NEC XII SC4 Full Results & Aftermath

The final major tournament for Soulcalibur IV is now in the books here at NEC XII in Philadelphia, PA. Competitors from across North America and Europe participated in one of the toughest tournaments that I have seen during the life of this game, along with those who came to try out the demo build of Soulcalibur V.

I would like to thank everyone who came through to NEC, to the European players for flying over to compete, to the staff who helped keep things going, and to Namco Bandai for their support of NEC XII. Everyone had a hand in making NEC an amazing success.

Building up huge leads and blowing them is apparently what I'm good at in fighting games.

Panto = Best Sieg for SC4... I didn't believe it at first (even after we played) but after watching him go thru the bracket the dude is definitely legit...

GGs to all... See you all in SC5

- I.C.E.

I think the pressure got to Panto when he fought against that Amy, but yup, his Siegfried was beast. I wonder how he'll use the SC V Siggy since people said he is much stronger than he was in SC IV.

I know how to play against sieg. That's why that happened.

Also team results are wrong. Malek beat rtd, and Woahhz beat Malek and kira

Just like to say, good job everyone on the North America team. And thank you team Europe for giving them a run for their money. I will of course say that Panto was awesome. The lolo dance got me chuckling. And I was cheering for team North America all the way.

Was damn fun to watch. Congrats to the participants, shoutouts to everyone who went, those who got me info on the stream for SC5 and Daishi and co. and the stream setup people for helping make SC4's last harrah a blast to see.

Yes, that Lolo shuffle will be immortalized ~ Too good

That was a fun tourney to watch. I wish I could have been there. The final match between Lolo and Scud was so clutch I was biting my nails off. If only more Canadian players were tourney players (I need to start participating too...I swear I tried my best to go), so that we could have a Team Canada and have a 3 way brawl or something hehe. Which brings me to the results. Way to go Party-San! You most definitely proved your worth at NEC. Canada powah!

I will see you all in SCV. Presenting Astaroth as I always have. (^_^)

WOW! GOOOOOOOD shit Partisan! Congrats to Woahhzz, you're the number one player in SCIV; no doubt you'll be a top in SCV.

Wish I was there, good shit guys, and congrats Team NA.

All Ivy players will suck in the first 2 years of SCV, then own face later on...take your wins early.

It's gonna take a while before we make her top in SCV, true. But don't worry, it will happen eventually and again, we will dominate the world.

Two Ivys in top 3, nice!

Partisan's performance = shocking.

To everyone surprised at Partisan's performance, I just wanna say I was his mentor. Thank you, thank you. I even taught him the biggest lesson of all, but I won't say what it is. (Okay fine, it was confidence.)

...lol.

I'm almost out of debt for good, and I may travel for SC5 more than SC4, which means Canada will tag team USA to the ground. Unless Mexico wants to stand up for USA again. We got this like Double Dragon, son. And speaking of double, we'll probably both use Pyrrha...................ah ah ah.

Mick is smiling his ass off, lolo is dancing like a jackass, and Scud is disgusted at the humiliation.

Reminds me of this video:
