I think Siegfried has the same voice as Ezio (but without the accent). So one guy less to pay... XD

I don't need accents. The problem with the voices is that nobody seriously uses the pitch adjustment and the other thing (I don't know what it is called). The voices always sound horrible even if you change slightly from default. I thought the idea was to make a voice, for example, deeper and not sound like an alien or robot. You could easily have threetimes as many voices by only using deep and high pitched voices (not counting all the different pitch levels), but it is not working as intended.
I do, I used them for skeletons and muffled voices (Pyro!).

Hopefully we get some tomorrow. Can't wait for the next character pack so I'm hoping it's that. Also that new roman stuff is awesome. One thing that does bug be about some of the new dlc is that you can't place stickers on a lot of it.

Accents would be too difficult. The English voice actors they hire would have to know how to do multiple different accents.
And as far as languages go, that would be too many voice actors that they'd have to pay.

At the moment, there are 10 voices for each gender in Character Creation.
That's 40 voice actors. 20 Japanese, 20 English.
If they were to add, say, French and Spanish, that's 40 more.
That would be 80 voice actors they'd need to pay.

Also, let's count the voices of the main cast.
There's 28 characters. However, 2 don't speak and 2 are alternate versions of main characters(Alpha and Omega).
So, that's 48 voice actors.
Add 2 more languages, that's 96 voice actors.

In total, they'd have to pay 176 voice actors.
That's twice the amount of voice actors they've already payed.

I think we'll have to settle for just English and Japanese.
Either that or have even less CaS voices.
Actually, Ezio and Siegfried share the same voice actor. The same goes with Rapheal and Nightmare. However, I do get where you're coming from. It would require a large amount of actors to do various accents. In a way, all that effort is somewhat pointless, considering that accents are entirely optional (you can get through the game without hearing them). Besides, the main cast don't have accents; why would character creation need it?

BTW: I think it's 8 voices per gender, making it around 16 voice options.

I use it. While it definitely is not working as intended (even adds showed that), You can still adjust them in ways to minimize or negate the robot fluctuation. If you play with tone and pitch simultaneously, and only move within the -15, 15 range, you can get good results.

My issue is the fact most of the voices do not work well with the pitch and tone toggles, contrasting the voices in SCIV which worked beautifully all around. I am still holding out for SCIII and IV dlc voices.

I actually have an easier and cheaper voice option: just make all character voices available for original characters.

Well as far as the voices, I still think they should lean towards the direction of SC3. That direction adds more character to the voices, and gives the voice actors more ability to their "acting" that they should overcome (*cough* Black Power Ranger*cough*).

Have that+SC4's pitch adjustment (in the form of "simple"), and SC5's pitch adjustment (in the form of "malfested") and that would be a dream come true.

Well if the updates are still bi-weekly, we're only about five or six hours away before info on the stuff released in Japan leaks over here.

All i want is a plain T Shirt that isnt thick as F*CK and clips with the characters own skin because it's so f*cking huge.

Please.

Please!

My kingdom for a non clipping T Shirt.

This is a T Shirt we're talking about, the very most basic of clothing items, and it clips horrendously and wont go with 90% of the equipment available.

What about the 360 in Japan?

Just wondering if this is actually happening. It's in precedent with the schedule but I can't recall any official statement.

Actually, 360 gets the same DLC everywhere, not just one area, since Live updates their shit in one universal time zone. And since the Soul Archive site of SCV (its in JP, BTW) doesn't list DLC release 10 (AKA CP7), I'm guessing we may or may not get anything on Tue., see for yourself...(Check DLC>DLC Release numbers., since its should have been blank like I always see it before they update it.)

No new Tweets about it from Daishi, the Japanese PSN has DLC for some other games listed with the third's date, so its been updated. I'll keep watching it till I go to bed but all signs are pointing to no. Guess they really were too busy with EVO.

Daishi is such a liar. I'm done with this.

Ezio and Siegfried share the same English VA, but not the Japanese VA.
Also, Raphael and Nightmare sound nothing alike. At least in English. I know they have the same Japanese voice, but their English voices sound much too different. But that's irrelevant.

And you're right. Not sure why I thought there were 10 voices ._.
