So you'd rather pay for shit you shouldnt have to pay for?
I think my point is that Harada saying his DLC is free doesn't make him "the savior" of gaming as many think he is. Trust me, I've heard it by many outside of 8WayRun. Even I can understand that those who have paid DLC are doing it for a reason. In Project Soul's case, probably the need of money.
Free DLC is great, and I do prefer that over paid DLC, but it has been done before (Dynasty Warriors 6: Empires).
Tekken is like the "Beyonce of fighting games": They take elements "inspired" by others, yet still praised for it. However, let someone else do it. They will be labeled as, in Tekken's case, "Tekken clones", ironically by Tekken fans. This was the case of Kensei: Sacred Fist, Kakuto Chojin, Tao Feng: Fist of the Lotus, or pretty much any 3d hand to hand fighting game. Apparently, Tekken fans love to ignore the fact that Tekken wasn't the first 3D hand-to-hand fighting game.
In Beyonce's case, her fans either bully others that they feel is either "giving shade" to Beyonce, or is competition to her. This was the case of Rihanna when she debuted, and it still is an issue. This is also the case of any African-American female R&B singer that dances as the first thing they say is "She sounds like Beyonce, or is trying to be her". Lady Gaga is an inclusion as well.
Tekken is still a great game though, but it gets way too much credit, and it seems to me it is treated a little too fairly. I think Namco themselves developing it, rather than someone different like SC, could be a factor as well.
