[United Kingdom] UK Offline Sessions

So im thinking last saturday of september, 29.09.12 , London Gamerbase.

Anyone know if its still like £10 per setup, if we get like 5-10 people out and get 3 or 4 setups thats gonna be no more than £5 each and we can have a right good ol' session, what are you people saying?

Sorry, been in Germany for EBO, no sessions this week but there's a tournament in Tooting and it's only £6 if you pay in advance and it has UMVC3 there too. LINK Would be worthwhile since we can play casuals too.

We'll prob do a tournament on Wednesday Evening 12th Sept @ Gamerbase.

I'm pretty sure I can make it for Tooting; I just need to map out my route so I don't take a wrong train 2 hours into the journey there. I may need some more online sessions to determine whether or not to enter with just Aeon or to make it a tag team affair, though.

Good stuff today, learnt much though I'm still getting used to using a stick and not doing things Taki can do but Natsu can't. Are there any other Natsu players in London?

Okay so Saturday 29th September is happening, going to be down at gamerbase piccadilly circus from around 3-4pm until whenever, will book the consoles as people turn up, and if your coming down to play its likely to be £5-£7 depending on how many people we get down and how many consoles we book.

Casuals and training and the likes are all good, if all goes well then another date will be announced afterwards and can try to do another session or a tournament, either way is good to get out and play some offline competition!

Dont be worried about skill or experience, im sure even the noobiest of noobs can pick up plenty of new tricks and learn a lot more about the game and matchups, from what ive experienced the best way to level up is to have your ass handed to you a load of times by good players, and you start to pick up the way its done!

Anyone who would be interested can you just drop a post in to let me know so i can get a bit more of a view on numbers and whatnot, but otherwise just come down on the night, bring a pad/stick/powerglove and play some matches!

Spurs are playing Man U that day, but I'll try and make and leave early.

Btw, since Tag and DOA are coming out this month things will be slow for SCV UK so I think tournaments/sessions will be on hiatus unless there is a lot of (vocal) interest.
