Hello everyone here in the Viola SA. You might have noticed some changes within the Viola Soul Arena recently. Because we have a new moderator here we were given orders to change a few things from the old moderator. Here is where we will log those changes and any others from now on. If Anyone has anything to say about how the Viola forum looks/feels please post it here and either I or your Soul Arena Moderator will see what you have to say. Thank you, -Rhythm

Hello and sorry for a late response! Is this what you meant by a list? If not please elaborate further. The place holders are just in case there is any Extreme or major update to the Viola forum. You never know and they are nice to have.

lol fair enough
The matchup, my mate Ring did the Ivy one with placeholders for characters in One thread
and MU discussion, where valid details were added to the sticky thread.
Because bless everyone's contributions and help, alot info is often odd and invalid, so by have a locked sticky MU thread for characters and a discussion helps to avoid the confusion.

That is an intresting idea. Am going to let your sa mod have say on that though :) i was just helping until he learned the ropes :)

He is actually someone I know IRL I suggested he get the position because he is a hard worker and a nice person. He may not be a pro Viola player but he knows enough. I will say though if anyone else here wants to be a Viola mod the other one has not been on 8WR in around half a year so talk to Heaton and tell him Rhythm sent you if interested XD

Yeah i known Rhythm for a long time and we play soul caliber with each other. I'm not a Pro with Viola But i'm trying to get better with her the best I can to help other players in need. :)

If anyone has any problems with me being a SA mod, please address it to me personally. I know I am new here but I DO care and I WANT to help you all as much as I can. It will take a little bit of time to learn all of the ropes around here because this is a little bit hectic. I think I will be able to satisfy this SA's needs but If I can not I will personally step down so that you all may achieve someone better. I have seen/heard some things making me not feel welcome here. I am trying my best and I WILL improve. Thank you.

I hate the new matchup threads. It's just so cluttered and looks.... bad. Sorry if I'm being blunt, but you need to have one sole match-up thread with all of the matchups in it, like what Ring did. But, it's fine if you don't want to, I guess.

This is how it is stated to do in the moderator guidelines. I know it doesn't look as "Fancy" But we are here to be efficient instead of look good. We do have a thread dedicated with links to all of the new matchup threads. While I am sorry you do not like this new feature I think we will keep them :( . If the community wants though I would be happy to open up the general matchup thread for you all again. Thank you for understanding! -Rhythm

It's fine, I don't care that much. But I personally like a general matchup thread best. :P
 
Its okay and also I have been a member since January but I barely post back then, but now im trying to be more active and help out the community. So if you need anything just pm me or let me know through the Viola Q&A/Disscusion Forum. Thanks :)
 
I'm lost, you asked for feedback on what you had done, ref to the 'Matchup threads' I havent seen +ve feedback for them, only -ve except for the Pyrrha thread, but they are still there

If you had read above you would have seen that it is in the moderator guide lines to make matchup for every character. Why some of you may not like this certain feature it is how it will stay. Every SA is supposed to be like that but some have chosen not to. It does not disrupt the Viola SA in any way. And if a group of people can get together and have a discussion with your current SA mod you could get some nice data posted in each one of those threads. They are there to help. Your old matchup thread had *2* lists of characters in it and then just some posts. I said I would be willing to open up the general match up thread again if you all wanted but all of the matchup threads stay :/ Sorry and thank you for understanding.
