the meter makes it so anyone if they choose can press a button and magically win the round. For an example, Nightmare. My God really?!
so does cutting half of his moves out

Maybe that's because you aren't spacing properly and that it isn't lagging as hard as SCIV.I also cannot get used to moving backwards. I never used to do this i'd always just parry or block or sidestep. Now characters seem so slow they can actually avoid my attacks by merely moving back. Dumb
ClashI have been wondering, if 2 characters pull off the same move at the exact time (tool assisted?), who would get hit 1st? I thought I have done 4B mirroring at the exact time, at least looks like that to me, but we didn't trade.
If you watch some of RTD's matches you'll see him duck throws and 236B BE punish. It's something I really need to start doing. Is it possible to duck a throw and punish with 236B? I've been trying but I wanna know if it's possible or I'm just being slow.
I find myself playing a much more patient, defensive-poke game as well. There aren't as many safe tools to guarantee good damage, but we have a lot of options for mixups. I'm still not sure how I feel about it in general yet, but I love Mitsu so I'll stick with it for now.
For me, I find the Mitsu key is controlling the run via 22_88A, 4A (with 6 to MST for variation), 66A, and 6A/2A up close so that people get afraid to step. Then you can start using high-low pokes to mix up and get the bigger-damage B launchers and combos off of those.
Meter use for stuff like 2K BE B or 236 BE B is key. Both have the ability to ground people so you get an advantageous position for mind game. His wall game can be pretty brutal as well, although situational and really requires meter for the best results. You can get over 50% damage easily if you have meter off a wall stun. Not sure if anyone has posted any of the combos from the guide up here but there are some good ones in there, if not I can do so.
You don't have to play more conservative. I find Mitsu can be played a lot more aggressive with most of his best moves leaving you at very small disadvantage. Moves like 6b8, 1b, 4a, 66a+b, 22a, 236(B) and 6a all leave you at -4 or less on block so it's easy to continue his offense. Even some of his moves that can be punished can be made very hard too. 3b can be made safe w/ BE, 33b is hard to punish w/ the follow up to deter punishment etc and don't forget about 4b. 4b can punish anybody trying to interrupt your continued attack after any of those moves are blocked. Mitsu is anything but conservative!Do you like the fact that you have to play more conservative with him now? How hard was it for you to transition to a completely different style of play?
Way to resurrect a post from months ago.Do you like the fact that you have to play more conservative with him now? How hard was it for you to transition to a completely different style of play?
Tell me why this belongs on the Mitsu forum before I delete it please.i'm wondering if they can penalize people for quiting in ranked matches. CRAFTWARS is pissing me off.
